Main Course TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS FEAST Roast turkey served with onion, sage & bacon stuffing, herbed gourmet baby potatoes, roasted vegetables and cranberry sauce. Vegetarian option available on request. Dessert KIWIFRUIT PAVLOVA Mini pavlova topped with whipped cream and fresh kiwifruit.

5 Prancer s Preference Starter GOURTMET ANTIPASTO PLATTERS Selection of sliced cured meats, house terrine, grilled vegetables, cheeses, olives and sundried tomatoes served with sliced ciabatta and homemade dips. Main Course TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS FEAST Roast Turkey served with onion, sage & bacon stuffing, herbed gourmet baby potatoes, roasted vegetables and cranberry sauce. SLOW-BRAISED LAMB SHANK Red wine and thyme braised lamb shank on garlic mash, minted peas, red wine jus and mint jelly. PEA AND MINT FRITTERS Pea, mint and feta fritters, rocket and pickled onion salad and cumin seed yoghurt. Dessert KIWIFRUIT PAVLOVA Mini pavlova topped with whipped cream and fresh kiwifruit.

7 Christmas Room Rates There is a minimum spend policy on booking of our function areas. If your minimum spend is not reached on the night of your function, the remaining amount will be charged as a room hire. Any spend towards your function counts towards minimum spend on the day. Be that food, drink, entertainment, decor or anything your guests spend at your event.
