Tribeca Terrace Modeled after a city rooftop promenade, Tribeca Terrace is an open-air courtyard illuminated by the soft glow of contemporary bistro lights strung overhead and a stunning fireplace. The Terrace can be utilized as a ceremony space, cocktail reception, or a beautiful extension to the ballroom. The Plaza Refined modern elegance comes to life in The Plaza. This indoor ceremony space features hanging crystals warmed by the backdrop of the hand-lit candle wall and accented with radiant modern chandeliers overhead. The Plaza s luxurious ambiance is a perfect space to say, I do. Brix on Boston Brix on Boston features an historic exposed brick wall with modern touches, ideal for a cocktail hour or an after-party lounge. Accented with the warmth of a modern library and comfortable furniture groupings, this space has multiple uses. Brix on Boston comes complete with technology enhancements such as two flat screen TV s, sound system with docking station. Gramercy Ballroom Venture across the Hudson Hall from The Plaza to enter the Gramercy Ballroom and let the dinner and dancing begin! 8 Finer Points Do you require use of specific vendors? SoHo63 requires the use of the preferred bartending service and bar package. SoHo63 proudly offers the option of a custom made inclusive package to provide you with the comfort and ease of knowing that your wedding is in the hands of amazing professionals. However, you are welcome to provide your own dream team of vendors not on our list. Do you offer on-site coordination? Yes, your Event Curator will assist with facility planning and execution of all SoHo63 services. Can we bring our own liquor on premises? Yes, you can bring in your own liquor, which offers a great cost savings. Some conditions apply and your Event Curator will be happy to discuss those with you. Are there restrictions on music? No, there are no city sound ordinances restricting music or end time that will affect your event. You can party like its 1999! What is the average cost of a wedding? Weddings average $9,000 - $18,000 including exclusive venue, catering, hosted bar, fees and taxes. What is required to secure the venue? A 25% deposit of the estimated event total is required to reserve your event date. Describe your parking facilities. Ample parking is available via a free parking garage off Boston Street and free public parking is available across S. Washington Street (to the east). Do you offer security services? Yes, security is required for every evening event and is included in the venue rental prices. How soon can I have access to the space to set up room décor?
