Additional hours in package are set aside for arrival, photography and vendor access. This package allows access to the Grand Lobby only. Ceremony & Reception Package: 8-hr Packages includes up to 6 hours for ceremony and reception. Additional hours in package are set aside for arrival, photography and vendor access. This package allows access to the Auditorium for the ceremony and Grand Lobby for the reception.

2 Capacity Our Founder s Gallery can accommodate up to 150 seated guests Our Grand Lobby (Main and Mezzanine capacity) can accommodate up to 200 seated guests Our entire facility use can accommodate up to 350 seated guests and 500 guests for a strolling reception Our facility provides tables and chairs for up to 200 guests. 6 Washington state sales tax and an 18% service charge will be added to all bar services. Prices are subject to change without notice. Additional beer and wine options may be available upon request. All Partially Hosted & No-Host Bar service requires a $150 fee, which will be waived as soon as bar sales exceed $500. This fee includes set-up & clean-up, bartender service and procurement of sufficient product for your event. Any outside alcohol must be approved by Fox Theater staff prior to the event and are subject to corkage fees. Last call is 30 minutes prior to the end of your event time. The bar will close 15 minutes later.
