We can provide you with information for obtaining a gathering permit for the sale of 50/50 raffle tickets in Baltimore County. Salerno s makes Silent Auctions easy! Through a partnership with Great Moments, Salerno s will bring the sports memorabilia to you! Simply start the bidding at the cost of the item, the higher the bidding, the higher the fundraising for your team. We can even help setup the silent auction with the needed bidding sheets. Get area businesses involved by soliciting for other silent auction items and services. It is great PR for the business to be associated with helping your fundraiser. 8 Fundraising Feast Checklist Timeline Outline a fundraising goal for your team, get commitments! Choose a date for your feast. Assign ticket sale goals to each team member. Contact Salerno s Catering to begin planning your feast! Choose a location (location prices could reflect flexibility in dates). Confirm location with deposit if necessary. Contact printer for ticket printing quotes (admission tickets and raffle). Do not purchase physical tickets until sold. Secure Entertainment- contact local bands, DJ s, college music departments. Don t be afraid to ask for discounts or donations! Secure Silent Auction Items Salerno s Partners with Great Moments to bring sports memorabilia to your event. Solicit local businesses for additional items, gift cards and services. You can use these for the silent auction and door prizes. Sell tickets! Track team member s progress, make it competitive! Based on actual ticket sales contact your chosen printer to begin printing admission and raffle tickets.
