Relocated from The Paragon in 2010, Lawry s The Prime Rib Singapore resides on the fourth floor of Mandarin Gallery with 6,500 square feet of prime retail space, accommodating a seating capacity of 170. The new Lawry s exudes an air of opulence with its sleek interpretations of luxury. Guests will be treated to sweeping view of chard Road cityscape through 4-metre high floor-to-ceiling windows. 3 The Signatures Roasted Prime Rib of Beef Indulge in our authentic roasted prime rib of beef, aged for 21 days to heighten the tenderness of the meat then slowly roasted on bed of rock salt, forcing the juices inwards securing the essence of the prime rib. The bone-in roasted beef is then carved from our gleaming Silver Carts and served with the famous original spinning bowl salad tableside showmanship. The Famous iginal Spinning Bowl Salad A blend of crisp Romaine, Iceberg Lettuce, shredded Beets, baby Spinach chopped Eggs and Croutons, tossed with our exclusive Vintage Dressing in a Salad bowl spun on a bed of ice to maintain the freshness of the ingredients. 2

11 Terms &Conditions Should you wish to host your event with us, a proposal will be sent for you to review. Please refer below for Lawry s The Prime Rib Singapore s standard Terms & Conditions for private events held with us. 1. Contract will be issued upon confirmation of the event. All pages of the contact are to be signed and send back to Lawry s The Prime Rib Singapore. 2. Deposit has to be made in advance to secure the venue for your event. You may cancel you reservation 7 days prior to the day of event with no penalty. Should you cancel your event lesser than 7 days prior to the day of event, the amount of deposit will be non-refundable. Shoud there be a no show on the day of event, deposit will be non-refundable as well. 3. Full payment is to be made on the day of event via cash or credit card. 4. Should there be a decrease in amount of guests attending the event without prior notification of at least 3 working days, Lawry s The Prime Rib Singapore reserves the right to process the payment based on the guaranteed attendance. 5. In the event of mishandling of the facilities provided by Lawry s The Prime Rib Singapore or any damages done to the property, guest will be liable and Lawry s The Prime Rib Singapore reserves the right to impose necessary charges to the guest. 6. Lawry s The Prime Rib Singapore is not accountable for any loss or damage to guest s personal belonging. Outside food or beverages is not allowed under the premises of Lawry s The Prime Rib Singapore without permission from Lawry s The Prime Rib Singapore and signing of the indemnity forms. 7. Lawry s The Prime Rib Singapore reserves the right to refuse alcoholic beverage services to anyone who appears intoxicated. 8. Lawry s The Prime Rib Singapore reserve the right to reject/amend/approve the dining room setup to meet the excellent dining experience standards. 9. Package Menu/s and Group Reservations which involve the booking of any private dining rooms are NOT entitled to any of our In-House Promotions and third party promotions such as bank discounts. 10. Carpark coupon is not available due to Mandarin Gallery regulation. 10
