At Chef & Brewer, we love Christmas and everything it stands for; getting together with friends & family, enjoying festive fun & frolics and most of all, indulging in the true magic of Christmas festive food and drink. We ve created exclusive menus for you to enjoy over the festive period, all crafted by our wonderful chefs resulting in lovingly-prepared dishes made from Festive FAYRE menu the best seasonal ingredients. Our festive menus are sure to make you feel hungry

3 Welcome to our 2 and 3 course Festive Fayre Menu, available from 20th November 2012 to 2nd January 2013 Starters French Onion Soup (v) A delicious, classic, rich and hearty caramelised onion soup, topped with crunchy croutons and shaved Italian hard cheese Mini Turkey Pie A crispy shortcrust pastry pie filled with succulent turkey. Served with honey-crushed carrots, cranberry sauce and finished with a splash of gravy Prawn Cocktail Duo A cocktail of king prawns and salad leaves, combined perfectly with a seafood sauce and finished with a pair of crispy Japanese breaded prawns. Served with crusty malted bloomer Woodland Mushroom & Spinach Tart (v) A tasty tartlet of mushrooms & spinach with dressed rocket. Served with delicious homemade sweet potato crisps Main Courses Hand-carved roasted turkey crown with all the Christmas trimmings! Served with goose fat roasted potatoes, a Boroughbridge pig in blanket and home-baked Yorkshire pudding.
