3 Welcome to Food Direct, city delivery service Our menu offers: Food Direct has been designed to meet your everyday beverage and lunchtime catering requirements, where your key priority is a prompt delivery of items presented on attractive disposable tableware, which is easy to clear away. Food Direct is ideally suited to informal events for small to medium numbers. More Choices Our menu offers a wide selection of food and beverages. We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of ordering. Quality Assurance We hold Quality Assurance spot checks to ensure the accuracy of orders and offer after service customer feedback. We provide you with a contact card with our dedicated phone line ( ) specifically for queries regarding your order delivery on the day. A delivery receipt comes with your order, which has three purposes: For you to check the items you have ordered Advise how to contact us for prompt attention should there be any problems with the items delivered Advise the best way to store your order Booking early is essential Food Direct service is available Monday to Friday, 7:30am 6:00pm and bookings up to 200 for these days and times will be made online: If you require an order outside our normal delivery times of Monday to Friday 7:30am to 6:00pm (excluding holidays) we will require 5 working days notice. Subject to availability. Please note We are closed on all university closure days, these being Good Friday, Easter Monday and Tuesday, both May bank holidays (first and last Mondays in May), August bank holiday Monday and Tuesday (last Monday in August) and over Christmas and new year period.
