3 Design your Wedding Day Choose from our range of options to customise the perfect event for you. Wedding Package $75.00PP INC. GST Menu Options Wedding Buffet Included in package price Choose from our expertly designed Wedding Buffet Menus, which include carvery meat, an array of delicious fresh seafood, salads, vegetable dishes and desserts. We can work with you to customise your selection of dishes between the two. Alexandra Park can cater for a variety of culinary requirements such as vegetarian / vegan Plated Meal Add $8.00 per person Our plated menus offer a three course gourmet dining option. See the Menu Options page for some examples of what we can offer you, and our chefs will work with you to customise your ideal wedding meal. Additional canapes for one hour Add $12.50 per person Choose from our range of hot & cold gourmet canapes to add an extra surprise for your guests on arrival - this option includes 3 pieces per person. Venue Hire We have 4 medium-to-large sized rooms which are suited to wedding celebrations; we can also offer an additional small private room as a space for the bridal party depending on availability. Flowers Flowers are such a beautiful addition to any wedding. Our expert floral partners can create centrepieces and more using stunning fresh blooms for your special day. AV Requirements Don t forget the technical bits and pieces - will you require a microphone for speeches, or a screen for videos or presentations? Our AV supplier will sort it all out. 5 Beverages Beverage Packages We have two beverage package options available for you and your guests to enjoy. The cost of these is added to the cost per head, and all include a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Premium Package $50.00PP INCL. GST for 3 hours add $17.25PP per hour for additional time. Includes a selection of premium New Zealand wines, featuring the Church Road Wine Range, Deutz Champagne and international & domestic beers, including Corona, Stella Artois, Steinlager Pure and many more. Non-alcoholic beverages are also included. House Package $40.00PP INCL. GST for 3 hours add $13.80PP per hour for additional time Includes a selection of New Zealand wine & beer, featuring the Stoneleigh Wine range (including Stoneleigh Sparkling Sauvingon Blanc), Macs Gold, Speights Gold, Steinlager Classic and other domestic beers. Non-alcoholic beverages are also included. Bar Tabs Open a bar tab for a set amount to either subsidise or fully cover the cost of your guests drinks. You can create a list of beverages that you would like included in the tab, and set a dollar limit. Cash Bar Your guests can purchase their own drinks for the duration of your event, and choose from our full beverage selection.
