4 Sun-dried tomatoes are first dried in the sun and then kept in oil, often with a herb mix. This typical Mediterranean product has a very distinctive taste. Feta is of Greek origin and belongs to the family of white cheeses. The cheese is made from sheep s milk, which may be supplemented by goat s milk. It has a full, creamy and salty taste, with a rather firm structure. 41

6 Lavender (Lavandula) is a shrub that belongs to the family of plants known as Lamiaceae, so named because of their lip-shaped flowers. Due to its purple colouring and the scent of the flowers, it is a popular choice in many gardens. The flowers are tapered and can reach up to eight centimetres in length. Lavender has many uses, including in the kitchen. The flowers are a staple ingredient of Provençal herbs and are used, dried or otherwise, to season all types of products. 63

9 Easter PÂTÉS Easter Pâté with Serrano ham and Melon 511 / FINE Lamb Pâté with Rosemary 131 / COARSE Melon with Serrano ham is a classic starter on any menu. A nod to this classic certainly had to be featured in our range of pâtés. The sweetness of the melon and the saltiness of the ham complement each other perfectly in this delicious creamy pâté. This pâté is very versatile and can be used for tapas, during cocktails, as a starter, sandwich spread, etc. Our Lamb Pâté is a coarse pâté with a unique flavour. This flavour is obtained by combining the slightly spicy taste of the lamb with a dash of garlic and a sprig of fresh rosemary. This pâté is particularly suitable for expanding the range of exclusive meat products.
