2 ABOUT Wherever you are on the moors, Coghlans Meals in Fields supplies the finest shoot lunches and picnics. Being located in the heart of grouse shooting country of the North Yorkshire Moors and the Durham Dales, Coghlans Meals In Fields are perfectly located to supply lunches in moorland lunch hut locations, complete with beautiful table linen, exemplary experienced, discreet service staff and fine food that is beyond expectation. Coghlans Meals in Fields provides famous service and delivers in the remotest spots, creating a mirage effect when guns arrive from the moors to see a warming fire, sumptuous table and a member of our team standing by to offer drinks and lavish canapés. SHOOT DINNERS Shoot dinners are another speciality and Coghlans have catered in some of the finest houses in the north of England and southern Scotland. Coghlans menus reflect stunning locally reared produce and combine tradition with a modern styling for presentation. 7 PHOTOGRAPHY Rannoch Moor - Chris Combe, 2014 TERMS & CONDITIONS Cancellations: Please note that a cancellation fee of 50% of the anticipated account is charged if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the event. A cancellation free of 100% will be charged if the booking is cancelled on the day of the event. Deposit: We reserve the right to ask for a deposit of 50% of the 1st weeks anticipated bookings to be paid to confirm the bookings for the season. Minimum Guns: We cater for a minimum of 8 guns. Rates: Standard rate for 2018 are 42 per person for food only, delivered to the moor. A surcharge of 11 per gun will be added if lobster is included in the menu and for beef as advised in this brochure. Mileage: Delivery mileage will be charged at 0.90 per mile from Barningham Park Coach House, Barningham, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL11 8DW. All prices are exclusive of VAT at 20%. E&OE.
