9 Children s Meals For children up to 12 years old, we offer a children s meal to better fit their taste. If less than 20 children will be in attendance, we recommend a Plated Meal. 12 Wedding Policies Health Code and Leftover Food To insure compliance with the Nevada State Health and Safety Food Handling Safety Regulations, Siena Golf Club will be sole provider of all food served in the facility. In addition, leftover food is not allowed to be removed from the property as it reaches unsafe food temperatures that may put you and your guests at risk for becoming ill. The wedding cake is the only food item that may be removed at the conclusion of the reception. Service Charge and Tax (++) All Food and Beverage is subject to prevailing sales tax and a 20% service charge Sales Tax 8.15% (Year of 2016) Service Charge 20% Guest Confirmation Confirmation of the number of guests for all meal functions is the responsibility of the event contact. For pre-determined choices of entrees, Siena Golf Club requires all entrée counts 14 days prior to the wedding date, A detailed guest count per table with entrée selections and client provided place cards with entrée designations and key are also due at this time. These steps ensure our Banquet Service Team is equipped to provide you and your guests with seamless service. Should you fail to provide the guarantee by the specified date, your original contracted number of guests will be used as the guarantee number. We do not offer tableside choice of entrees or requests pertinent to the done-ness of the steak entrees. All guests will receive steak entrees prepared according to Health & Food Safety Regulations (medium-rare). Food and Beverage Minimums This is the minimum dollar amount required to be spent to reserve function space. This amount includes food and beverage only and does not decrease if the expected number of attendance is not reached. The minimum depends on the time, date and season of the function and is subject to sales tax and service charge. The venue location will not be exclusively reserved for your wedding unless stated on a Letter of Agreement (LOA) and the food and beverage minimum is achieved. In the event your guest count drops below the minimum, it will be the responsibility of the client to pay the difference needed to reach the minimum amount. Food & Beverage Minimums, Saturdays in Peak Season: Late March to Early June Early September to Mid November Bistro: $6,500 Ballroom: $10,000 Personal Items/Wedding Décor Due to lack of storage please ensure the person designated to collect and remove all décor items, flowers, presents, and personal matter MUST complete this task the NIGHT OF the wedding. In the event that any wedding items are left at Siena Golf Club s facility for more than 3 days is subject to being discarded. At no point in time is the Golf Club or its employees liable for any missing, broken, damaged, or storage of any client s or guest s belongings.

Here s How: Step 1: Contract Signing & Deposit Due Non-refundable deposit of $1,500 for Ceremony & Reception Packages Ceremony Only contracts are typically paid in full upon booking Locks in date, time, and venue space Step 2: 90 Days Prior to the Wedding Date 50% of the total contract amount is due (does not included original deposit) Scheduled 1 hour food tasting and detail meeting Detail meeting to include: Wedding Worksheet Answers Due Room Layout Planning Finalize all Menu Selections Select Linen and Chiavari Chair Colors Schedule Rehearsal Date and Time Step 3: Final Headcount & Detail Finalization Due: 14 Days Prior to Wedding Date Final headcount due, including adult meals, children s meals, vendor meals, special dietary needs, and bar count If plated entrée menu selected: Detailed guest list with entrée selection by table due Place cards, entree designations keys, and/or seating chart due Finalized layout with table numbers due All details confirmed Step 4: Final Payment Due: 7-10 Days Prior to Wedding Date Banquet Event Order/Contract will be adjusted per guest count provided and final balance will be provided to clients Payment MUST be received by 7 days prior to Wedding Date. Siena Golf Club holds the right to cancel any event without receiving payment by the agreed date and a signed Banquet Event Order. Step 5: Wedding Rehearsal (If applicable; Must Be Scheduled) Scheduled 30 minutes to 1 hour long Ceremony Worksheet due in order to conduct rehearsal Clients may drop off limited wedding/décor items to Director of Catering for storage and safe keeping at this time: place cards, favors, etc. Step 6: WALK DOWN THAT AISLE!!! Step 7: Don t Forget Your Items! Due to lack of storage please ensure the person designated to collect and remove all décor items, flowers, presents, and personal matter completes this task the night of the wedding.
