8 The important part - our terms and conditions Bookings, deposits and final payment All bookings are subject to wagon availability and payment of your non-refundable booking deposit. Payment of a non-refundable booking deposit secures your date, timing and appropriate package pricing. Deferring or transferring a confirmed booking may be available - at the discretion of management, with at least 6 months' notice and depending on availability. Transfer fees may apply. Children aged 2-12 are charged at $20pp (pizza packages) and $25pp (street food and combo). Your final guest numbers and a detailed list of any allergies and special dietary requirements must be provided no less than 21 days prior to your event. Your final invoice must be paid in full no less than two weeks (14 days) prior to your event. No refunds will be offered for late or last-minute guest cancellations. Special dietary requirements We will do our best to cater for special dietary requirements such as gluten free, vegetarian and vegan guests however restrictions do apply for very restrictive diets (such as coeliac or FODMAP diets). In the case of a significant number of guests (ie more than 10%) requiring custom menus, the entire group may be subject to these requirements, and surcharges will apply. Your final guest numbers and a detailed list of any allergies and special dietary requirements must be provided no less than 21 days prior to your event. Site requirements and travel Our wagons require a flat space at least 7m long and 5m wide, with NO overhanging trees or roof. This space must be easy to access with our ute and trailer, with access to 240v power. Our wagons are 4m and 5m high, so cannot travel through standard height garages or car ports. Travel surcharges apply for events being held beyond the Adelaide metro area. Exact travel surcharge pricing will be confirmed prior to booking depending on your venue location.
