2 Venue Thank you for considering the Sunshine Coast Turf Club as the venue for your upcoming function. The Sunshine Coast Turf Club facilities and charges are as follows: Venue: Room Hire & Cleaning: Venue Option 1 Favourites Function Room Venue Option 2 Champagne Garden Venue Option 3 Trackside Marquee Venue Option 1 or 2 - $ (inc. GST). Includes: hire of room, tables, chairs, PA system, microphone, lectern, power (Minimum 50 Guests). Venue Option 3 - $16.00 per person (inc. GST). Includes hire of marquee with internal lighting, tables, chairs and 3 phase power (Minimum 100 Guests). 4m x 4m Dance floor additional $400.00, other sizes also available. Set up: Catering: Beverages: Deposit: Account Details: Round or rectangle tables that seat up to 10 to a table. We can provide 10 round tables, however, should you require more, additional tables will incur a $18.00 fee each. Should you require decorations, we will be more than happy to obtain quotes or alternatively you may make your own arrangements. Menus and prices enclosed (prices subject to change). Full bar facilities will be available. A $ deposit is required to confirm your booking, this amount will be held as a security deposit (in case any venue damages occur) and may be refunded after your function. The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 6 months prior to the function date. 100% of the function/catering costs, including bar tab amount, is required 7 working days prior to the function. Any additional costs incurred after this date will be invoiced after the function, to be paid within 7 days. Payment will be accepted by cheque, cash, Mastercard or Visa (Amex incurs a 3% surcharge).

10 Beverages The Sunshine Coast Turf Club is fully licensed and alcohol cannot be brought into the Racecourse. Beverage options for functions are as follows:- Guests to purchase their own beverages from bars (Minimum of 50 People) Beverage orders can be place when booking your function and paid in full with your total function cost. These beverages will be placed in ice tubs next to your reserved tables for your self service. This option is available for the Members Terrace and Furlong Club areas only. Please note we will refund any unused beverages and extra beverages can be ordered on the day of your function Bar Tabs can be arranged prior to the function or on the day.
