9 STEAKS Volcanic Hot Stone Plate CHOICE OF 8oz GRILLED BEEF We serve only the finest cuts of meat, carefully selected by our master butchers. Steaks are served blue on our Sizzling Hot stone. The steaks are Þrst caramelized on our chargrill to seal in the þavour. Choose a sauce as an accompaniment. Thinly slice the steak and cook to your own requirement. The stone is at 300 degrees Hot ; cooking time is in seconds. Please be careful not to handle the HOTSTONE. All sides will need to be ordered on a separate basis.
