Annex I)are subject to licences whether they are imported from the "Free List Area" - countries (listed in Annex III)or other countries. When imported from the "Free List Area" practically all goods on the restricted list are imported under licences which may be used for imports from any country within this area (regionalized imports). Single-country licences for - imports from the "Free List Area" countries are now applied only to imports of wine, various species of fish and cut flowers. Some horticultural products (Annex II) are subject to a phase-licensing system involving unrestricted issue of licences for the imports of these products except during the Danish season. Total imports from the "Free List Area" of goods subject to restrictions are limited by the quotas established in the licensing budget. Imports from sources outside the "Free List Area" of restricted goods are based on either licensing according to bilateral trade agreements or on the basis of unilateral ad hoc licensing. 1Previously issued in L/2336, as amended by L/2466 and L/2555.
