6 Some interesting /13 Statistics -A Summary 1. Club member attendance at meetings has continued to decline (20 10/ %; %; / %) which is a cause for concern. 2. The number of guests who attended meetings during the year bas declined slightly to prior years. (77 guests in 11 meetings 2010/11; 62 guests in 10 meetings 2011/12; 64 guests in 11 meetings in /13). Note: most guests attend ladies nights (our partners!) and for the June and November meetings, guests attending exceeded member attendance. 3. An average of members attended dinners, the lowest attendance over the past 4 years (due in part to the decline in membership). 4. Dinners overall made a net loss of$ (compared with a profit of$1,763 in ; profit of$ in 2010/11 and loss of$313 in 2009/10). As members are aware, losses on dinners means less of the cellar levy funds remain for purchasing wine for the club cellar.
