Crisp & delicate on the palate with a light honeyed feel balanced by lemony acidity. CHARDONNAY DOC - Tenuta Sant Anna, Veneto % Chardonnay A dry white with notes of wild flowers & apple on the nose, the palate is fruity with balanced acidity. SAUVIGNON BLANC CAMILLONA DOC - Il Cascinone, Piemonte % Sauvignon Blanc Refreshingly dry with notes of guava & mango on the nose, passionfruit & elderflower in the mouth with a creamy & nutty length. GAVI DEL COMUNE DI GAVI DOCG - Nuovo Quadro, Piemonte % Cortese Pleasantly dry with white peach & pear aromas on the nose, progressing to fresh & zesty citrus notes on the palate. SOAVE DOP CA DE ROCCHI - Tinazzi, Veneto % Garganega, 20% Trebbiano A dry white with a delicate, fresh fragrance. Full mouthfeel with a perfectly balanced finish. FRIULANO GRAVE DEL FRIULI DOC - Borgo Magredo, Friuli % Friulano Dry. Intense aroma of wild flowers, white pepper & almonds. An excellent balance between minerality & fruit with a characterful, pleasant herb & almond aftertaste. DADÀ LANGHE DOC CHARDONNAY - Negretti, Piemonte % Chardonnay Dry & full bodied. Part aged in oak barrels for 10 months. Apple & acacia blossom, hints of butter & honey. Great structure with touches of vanilla & sweet tannins. CENTRAL 175ml 250ml 750ml PECORINO PALIO IGP TERRE DI CHIETI - Citra, Abruzzo % Pecorino This dry white has a floral nose with hints of acacia & exotic fruit, continuing through to the palate, supported by fine acidity. VERDICCHIO CLASSICO DOC PALLIO - Monte Schiavo, Marche % Verdicchio Dry. Fresh, zesty citrus notes, hints of stone fruit. Palate extends to a rounded, nutty finish synonymous with this grape variety. SOUTH & THE ISLANDS 175ml 250ml 750ml GRILLO CHIARA IGT - Roccamena, Sicilia % Grillo A dry white with a fragrant nose of jasmine, green pepper, citrus & exotic fruit which is confirmed on the full & flavoursome palate. GRECANICO IGP - Vignali Roccamora, Sicilia % Grecanico A refreshingly dry white with apple & citrus fruits on the nose, progressing through to the palate. A vibrant mouth-feel with a delicate finish. VERMENTINO DI SARDEGNA DOC - Castanzu, Sardegna % Vermentino A rich & spicy dry white with citrus & tropical fruit aromas. Textured honeyed feel with hints of lemon, marmalade on the finish. FALANGHINA IGT BENEVENTANO - Nativ, Campania % Falanghina A dry white with a rich, intense bouquet of apples, pineapple & citrus. Fresh & clean in the mouth with a lasting finish. GRECO DI TUFO DOCG - Nativ, Campania % Greco di Tufo Pale colour with gold reflections. Opens with a rich & powerfully aromatic nose of apricot, peach & citrus. 8 RED WINE NORTH 175ml 250ml 750ml BARBERA DA VINE DOC - Araldica, Piemonte % Barbera A medium bodied, vivacious & very fruity. Spicy notes on the nose with ripe red & black cherry flavours continuing through to the palate. MERLOT DOC - Tenuta Sant Anna, Veneto % Merlot Medium-bodied with a pleasantly grassy fragrance, nuances of red berries on the palate backed by soft, supple tannins. PASSO DEL BRICCO DOC - Patrizi, Piemonte % Nebbiolo, 40% Dolcetto, 20% Barbera Medium-bodied & ruby-red in colour. Violets & primrose dominate the nose. Flavours of plum & black cherry contribute to a silky smooth finish. PINOT NERO GRAVE DEL FRIULI DOC - Borgo Magredo, Friuli % Pinot Nero Light bodied ruby red with an intense aroma of small red berries, cherries & violets. Good structure, soft & round. Great persistence on the length. VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO RIPASSO DOC - Montigoli, Veneto % Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella A full-bodied red with aromas of fresh morello cherry & ripe plum. The palate is complex offering cherry fruit with spicy vanilla notes. BAROLO DOCG - Negretti, Piemonte % Nebbiolo A full-bodied ruby red wine with garnet tinges. Intense & delicate with spicy notes & red fruits. Soft & velvety. Well-balanced with tannins & acidity in perfect equilibrium. CENTRAL 175ml 250ml 750ml SHIRAZ COLLETARA IGP - Solonio, Lazio % Shiraz A medium to full-bodied red with aromas of black pepper spice & hints of leather, plum & ripe cherries. Soft & fruity. MONTEPULCIANO D ABRUZZO DOC - Citra, Abruzzo % Montepulciano Medium in body with aromas of violet & ripe black fruit. The palate is warm with cherry fruit & plum flavours, backed by firm tannins. CHIANTI DOCG PONTORMO - Castelli Del Grevepesa, Toscana % Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo Medium-bodied. Ruby red with purple hues. Intense & fruity. Lively & balanced with good persistence.
