With flavours of orange rind the palate is bountiful, crisp and clean with creamed honey characters on the finish Terindah Estate Pinot Gris - Silver Medal Exhibits a crisp & steely palate with a luscious mouth feel dominated by apple, pear & pineapple flavours. 7 Cheese Selection Delice de Cremiers Slightly sweet with a hint of button mushrooms, Fromager d Affinois is best known for its silken texture, bright white rind and big, creamy mouth-feel. This ice-cream smooth cheese hails from the French Rhone-Alpes region and is made from pasteurized cow s milk, which gives the paste its characteristic ivory -satin colour and delicate sweet cream aroma. Comte Also known as Gruyere de Comte, this French cheese is made from unpasteurised cow s milk. Considered one of the finest cheese in the world, it is a semi-hard pale yellow cheese with roasted nut aromas and a brown-butter flavour. St Agur Saint Agur is a blue cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk in the village of Beauzac from the mountainous French region of Auvergne. since The cheese is suitable for vegetarians, as vegetarian -based rennet is added. Ripened for 60 days, the cheese develops a stronger and spicier taste as it ages. Saint Agur is a unique combination of smooth, creamy texture with salty and tangy taste, though not as salty as traditional blue cheese.
