The Q Train Rail Ale Mid-Strength 3.5% Queenscliff $8 Rich and earthy with caramel notes and hints of smoke. Medium body and mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Five types of malt used, with East Kent Goldings hops which brings balance to the brew and imparts a slightly floral flavour and aroma. Odyssey Craft Brewing Calypso Pale Ale 5% - Mount Duneed $9 This sublime new world pale ale. Straight from the Odyssey mothership. Offers a journey through the taste continuum. Full of pungent hops, offering citrus & passionfruit bursts and a magnitude of malt backbone. Blackman s Brewery Reginald IPA 6.2% - Torquay $10 An in your face, fruity India pale ale. Prominent citrus, peach and pine aromas jump from the glass and fill your nostrils with every sip. Followed by a medium malt body that s surprisingly smooth for such a big angry beer! Bells Beach Brewing Point Addas American Pale Ale 5% - Bells Beach $10 Inspired by a trip to the birthplace of surfing, Hawaii, and using an awesome combination of American hops, this is a clean, refreshing hop forward pale that will keep you coming back for more. Bellarine Brewing Company Queenscliff Pale Ale 4.5% South Geelong $10 A refreshingly flavoursome, versatile, light coloured ale. This refreshing wheat ale has tropical fruity aromas and hints of citrus, balanced by the use of malt and orange blossom honey. Bells Beach Brewing Southside Saison 5.2% - Bells Beach $9 Brewed with a mixture of Wheat and Barley malts to provide good balance to the fruity flavours from the Belgian yeast and the New Zealand Rakau hops, which also help to give a clean, crisp finish. Cockies Surf Coast Blonde 4.4% - South Geelong $8 A crisp, refreshing Blonde Ale, made with quality, all Australian malted barley and three hop varieties; cascade, hallertauer and northern brewer.

2 Beer and Cider Southern Bay Brew Co. Australian Lager 4.6% - Moolap $7 Brewed naturally, using local malted barley and the freshest hops available. This beer has a crisp and dry flavour with a slight malt presence and low levels of sweetness. The overall impression is light, refreshing and thirst quenching. Prickly Moses Red Ale 5% The Otways $9 A medium to full bodied Irish Style Ale beer with a light reddish hue. A malt accented beer which starts with initial malt sweetness and finishes with a dryness from the addition of small quantities of roasted barley & Kent Golding hops provide the low hop bitterness and aroma which in keeping with this style. An easy drinking smooth beer. Blackman s Brewery Arthur Smoked Porter 6% - Torquay $10 Smokey, dark and rich but smooth and balanced. A classic English style with the added awesomeness of using smoked malt from Bamberg, Germany. Prickly Moses Otway Stout 5% - The Otways $9 CLASSIC. A dark, full bodied, dry stout. Rich, roasted flavours with toffee and caramel makes it the perfect choice during the cooler months. Prickly Moses Forbidden Fruit Cider 4.6% - The Otways $8 This light, bright, refreshing semi-sweet apple cider is easy drinking with a drier finish on the palate. Floral characteristics result from the use of wine yeast in the fermentation, with the ferment process being cut off early to retain residual sugars. Blackman s Brewery Winnie Cider 4.6% - Torquay $9 Cloudy, fruity, left of centre, unfiltered cider; Winnie is a little bit crazy! A dry style that has a tart effervescent finish. 3 Sparkling Wine 6ft6 Prosecco Bellarine $45 / $10 Light, crisp and clean with citrusy lemon curd, pear and honey notes. It has a fresh, sherbety mouthfeel that s smooth and balanced. True to style, this is uncomplicated (yet highly drinkable) bubbles with fruit from King Valley, VIC. Terindah Estate 2015 Méthode Traditionelle Bellarine $75 This pale sparkling has a light, delicate bead with hints of citrus & brioche on the nose. The palate is bountiful, crisp & clean. Well-balanced with flavours of orange rind & creamed honey characters on the finish. Terindah Estate NV Sparkling Pinot Noir Bellarine $70 This is a non-vintage Pinot Noir Sparkling exhibits fine mousse and bead giving way to sweet and spicy red berry fruit aromas. On the palate the higher dosage balances the tannins and provides a smooth integration of the flavours and textures. The moussy sparkly red leaves finishing flavours of clove, toasty Phenolics and festive characters.

4 White Wine McGlashan s 2017 Rose-Pinot Noir Wallington $55 / $12 Pale and vibrant ruby colour. Lifted and perfumed with raspberry and strawberry fruits rounded out by scents of violets. Juicy and fresh with raspberry and strawberry fruits dominating with floral notes and savory flavours on the back palate. Firm acid and a dry finish. Bellbrae Estate Longboard 2017 Sauvignon Blanc Geelong $50 / $10 After a mild spring and a warm summer this wine was produced from fruit harvested slightly earlier than normal. The resulting wine has lovely uplifted flavours of lemon zest and passionfruit whilst maintaining of a good level of base acidity. A very drinkable, refreshing style of Sauvignon Blanc that is appealingly Australian. Baie 2017 Pinot Gris - Bellarine Peninsula $55 / $11 This small batch, estate grown wine, demonstrates rich, creamy honey and pear flavours, with a full ripe palate and firm acid balance. Smooth and delicious. Banks Road 2017 Pinot Grigio Geelong $55 / $11 A beautiful perfumed nose with aromas of white flower, lemons and sweet pear. The palate is rick and fruit forward with lemon, nectarine flavours with fresh acidity and a long lingering finish. Terindah Estate 2017 Chardonnay - Bellarine Peninsula $70 This wine exhibits aromas of honeysuckle, walnut and peach. Secondary characters of lees autolysis and partial malolactic fermentation are reminiscent of years gone by. The palate is full and rich with subtle citrus flavours pairing nicely with cream and caramel oak delights. Marcus Hill 2017 Swinburn Riesling Geelong $60 Fruit from the Swinburn vineyard in Wallington. Part tank and barrel fermented and matured. Green apples, citrus, textured mid palate and a dry lime finish. Basil s Farm Kiltynane Préliminaire 2015 Blanc de Noir Bellarine Peninsula $90 Pale bronze in colour with a creamy texture, fantastic background structure and silky richness that finishes long but fresh. Oatmeal, wheat biscuit, spice, Turkish delight and rosewater plus flore essences.

5 Red Wine Nine Yards & Counting 2017 Shiraz - Bellarine Peninsula $40 / $8 A rich, vibrant fresh wine. Dark fragrant fruits lift from the glass, ranging from plum, blackberry and raspberry then hints of spice and pepper join the fray. A wine of some complexity layered with soft acidity and finishing with fine grained tannins Baie 2017 Shiraz - Bellarine Peninsula $60 / $12 This Shiraz delivers all the goods of a cool climate, maritime red with delicious plum and red fruits that are perfectly balanced with spice and French oak. Robin Brockett 2014 Amphora Syrah Drysdale $90 The balance destemmed on top, wild-fermented in amphorae, handplunged daily, basket-pressed and returned to amphorae for 4 months maturation. Fascinating vinification, the no filtration decision particularly brave given its path from vine to bottle. It has a unique legacy of warm spices, tangy red and black fruits and papery tannins. McGlashan s 2016 Pinot Noir Wallington $55 / $11 Mid Garnet in appearance. Lifted nose of plums, raspberry and violets with spicy earth background. Full and juicy showing ripe plum and dark cherry fruits with firm acid and tannin. Spicy charred oak dominates the mid to back palate. Banks Road 2015 Pinot Noir Geelong $70 A classic Pinot Noir of rich cherry and berry aromas with wild fermentation and maturation in French oak hog heads. The wine has great complexity with flavours of fruit, spice and truffles with long lasting tannins. Cornelius 2012 Kirkcaldy Pinot Noir Drysdale $100 Big, lifted and rich nose with dark berries, spice with forest floor notes and creamy cedar oak. The palate is highly concentrated with great structure and power. Dark fruits, forest floor notes and spice dominate with an intense cedar oak finish. Terindah Estate 2017 Zinfandel - Bellarine Peninsula $60 Deep violet in colour, this wine exhibits aromas of cassis, ripe plum with an influence of vanilla bean and summer dry hay. Its velvety tannins paired with pleasant acidity add a positive finish to this cheerful red.
