Pressing Destemmed grapes are pressed in pneumatic press up to 0.2 bar pressure. It is done with special yeasts for Sauvignon Blanc at temperatures ranging between 14 C and 16 C (57 to 61 Fahrenheit). Wine aged over its lees in stainless steel tanks for 1-2 months before bottling. Bright transparent light green. Fresh herbal, citric notes. Medium volume and balanced acidity on the palate.
