2 SPARKLING WINE Redbank Emily Sparkling Brut Cuvée 200ml 8.50 A long creamy palate and subtle toast and yeast flavours combine brilliantly with the lemon-citrus aromas and underlying nuttiness of the Chardonnay. Angas Brut Premium Cuvée NV 8.00 / Strawberry cream and biscuit characters from the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay contributes finesse and length with a hint of citrus fruits. Dunes & Greene Chardonnay Pinot Noir NV Chardonnay offers subtle citrus notes and fresh acidity. Pinot Noir complements this by adding richness and texture. The result is a full flavoured sparkling wine with a refined finish. Twin Islands Pinot Noir Chardonnay Brut NV Creamy mousse is enhanced by strawberry and melon flavours with biscuity overtones through the palate. The finish is fresh and dry with a soft yeasty aftertaste. Jansz Tasmania Premium Cuvée tasmania Full yellow-gold, with some cashew aromas, followed by an intense mix of stone fruit, citrus and strawberries set in a creamy mid-palate.

Oxford Landing Estates Sauvignon Blanc 8.00 / Lively citrus clarity and bright tropical notes and allure of passionfruit. Harmoniously balanced, clear with a tingling natural acidity; refreshing, crisp finish. Devils Corner Sauvignon Blanc 8.00 / tasmania Smith & Hooper Sauvignon Blanc Semillon wrattonbulluy, sa Opening with a citrus compote then moving to middle palate textural richness reminiscent of a baked lemon curd tart and an alluring dash of white pepper. Twin Islands Sauvignon Blanc 8.50 / The palate shows grapefruit and papaya flavours with hints of bell pepper and thyme which leads to a refreshing juicy finish. Vasse Felix Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 8.50 / margaret river, wa A full and generous core of natural acidity supports and propels the intense lemongrass and lantana flavours for remarkable length. Saint Clair Marlborough Premium Sauvignon Blanc A rich palate with passionfruit and blackcurrant flavours and a salty minerality. This wine has a silky luscious texture and a long lingering finish.

Perfumed & sweet fruited nose. Juicy bright palate filled with melon and nectarine flavours supported by bright acid and soft plush texture. Bleasdale Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 8.50 / adelaide hills, sa This wine displays complex aromas of classic stone fruit and citrus, leading to a creamy mid palate and crisp finish. Vasse Felix Filius Chardonnay margaret river, wa A stunning orange and amond friand flavour highlights a generous, medium bodied and rewarding palate that will develop greater savoury weight with time in bottle. Brown Brothers Moscato 8.00 / Monichino Pinot Grigio 8.50 / goulburn valley, South Pinot Gris tamar valley, tas Intensely aromatic, abundant lycees, pear and stone fruit. The pear flows through onto the palate, with a rich mouth feel, and a zesty finish. Opawa Marlborough Pinot Gris 8.50 / The palate displays Nashi pear and nougat with a concentrated, crisp and refreshing finish.

6 RED WINE Wirra Wirra Mrs Wigley Grenache Rosé 8.50 / mclaren vale, sa Soft sweet fruit flavours of raspberries, cranberry juice and strawberry fill the juicy and mouth-watering palate. Lively acid and balanced sweetness together with cloves and aniseed add further appeal. Saint Clair Family Estate Marlborough Premium Pinot Noir Concentrated and weighty with ripe black fruits of blackcurrant and a hint of blueberry. Echuca Hotel Merlot 8.00 / Rymill MC2 Merlot Cabernets coonawarra, sa Cabernet Sauvignon gives the wine structure with rich fruits of the forest and a harmonious tannin fingerprint. Merlot encourages a softness and juiciness with bursts of ripe blueberries and fresh plum jam. Finally, the Cabernet Franc contributes juicy red currants and cinnamon. 7 We ve had another terrific 12 months at Jim Barry Wines. The highlight was taking home two trophies for the 2013 The Barry Brothers at the 2014 Royal Melbourne and Royal Queensland Wine Shows. What makes me prouder is that this is the first wine developed by my sons Tom and Sam. Peter Barry When you speak with Smithy and Carps about their winemaking philosophy, there is a continuing theme of letting the fruit shine. They want our wines to look bright and lively in the glass and reflect the site or vineyard that spawned them.

Subtle oak influence and bright fruit flavours linger during the long succulent finish. Earthworks Barossa Shiraz barossa valley, Rich and juicy palate with flavours of wild blackberries and black forest cake. The tannins are ripe and generous, while the finish is fresh, lingering and leaves the impression of ripe summer berries. Campbell s Bobbie Burns Shiraz 8.50 / rutherglen, vic Jim Barry Lodge Hill Shiraz clare valley, Medium bodied and seamless with an abundance of choc-mint, raspberries and black cherries, all wrapped up in integrated, well seasoned oak. Wirra Wirra Catapult Shiraz mclaren vale, sa Lively fleshy plums, red currants and blueberries provide a plush palate with great depth. The bright fruits are balanced by fresh acid, fine cedary oak and fine silky tannins. The wine finishes with luscious fruits and a wave of spice. Heathcote Mail Coach Shiraz heathcote, A medium to full-bodied wine showing dense regional fruit and impeccable balance on the palate. High-end French oak contributes to a tasty and supple tannin-profile, with concentrated primary fruit. Jim Barry McRae Wood Shiraz clare valley, sa A core of sweet dark fruits including raspberry, loganberry, plum and cherry. The tannins are fine grained and carefully balanced with vibrant acidity and a satisfying finish.
