We are pleased to be collaborating with the folks at Los Pinos Ranch to take you on a tasting journey through several of the wine-producing valleys and regions. You will be welcomed with California charm through the doors of local estates as friends of the winery, and experience utterly warm hospitality. Taste exceptional wines throughout your sojourn and enjoy plenty of gourmet fare along the way. Your appointments have been carefully selected to provide you with a series of tastings that, along with being representative of their appellations, are at extremely welcoming and friendly estates, hosted by individuals who are eager to meet you. Arrive your hotel for check-in and get settled into your surroundings. This evening, join for a glass of wine to toast to the next few days in Napa and Sonoma! Thursday, November 1 st Full Day of Napa Valley Tastings This morning, you will be met at the hotel by your private guide and set out together for a full day of Napa wine touring. Napa Valley AVA, American Viticultutural Area - Considered new world Napa has rich history of enterprising families with great stories of hard work and determination to be the best they can be in the world of winemaking. We invite you to join us in our exploration of this remarkable region and meet some of the people that made it world renowned. Within the Napa Valley AVA exist 16 AVAs, 2

including, but not limited to Atlas Peak, Calistoga, Chiles Valley District,, Diamond Mountain District, Howell Mountain, Los Carneros, Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley, St.

Whetstone Winery Whetstone sits on 2 acres, surrounded by beautiful Cedar and Oak trees. The center piece of the property is a 19th Century French-style Chateau, designed by Hamden W.

Enjoy a semi-private, seated tasting experience with a dedicated Whetstone host who will pour you through four current release wines paired with savory herbs de Provence almonds.

Wallis Estate In 1975, Edward Wallis fell in love with the 85 acre property in Calistoga on Diamond Mountain Road.

Today we focus in on some of the Northern AVAs. Whetstone Winery Whetstone sits on 2 acres, surrounded by beautiful Cedar and Oak trees. The center piece of the property is a 19th Century French-style Chateau, designed by Hamden W. McIntyre built in 1885 as part of Hedgeside Winery. There will also be thoughtful assortment of charcuterie platters, with selection of artisanal cheese and salumi hand-selected by Chef Morgan Robinson for your tasting delight! Wallis Estate In 1975, Edward Wallis fell in love with the 85 acre property in Calistoga on Diamond Mountain Road. The property came with an old stone castle built in 1906 by Jacques Pacheteau and a carriage house, which have recently been accepted into the National Register of Historic Places. You will sample their well-regarded Cabernet Sauvignon during an intimate tasting lead by Edward and his wife. Revana Wines Enjoy a vertical tasting of Library Vintages of Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. This is an exclusive experience, lead privately by an ambassador of the estate, followed by a tour of the stunning property. 3

Friday, November 2 nd Full Day of Santa Rosa and Russian River Tastings Today, we set out as a group towards Santa Rosa, driving past the beautiful State Parks and Preserves along the way. Our first tasting experience today is that of St. Francis Winery and Vineyards. Their estate and smallproduction Artisan wines pair well with the breathtaking view of Sonoma Valley. You will be welcomed in for a wine and food pairing. No matter which season you visit St. Francis, the wine, food, and gracious Wine Country hospitality is always unforgettable. After your pairing, continue on the road towards a Russian River Tasting Salon to meet with some passionate folks. Smith Story Smith Story Wines are made with respect for the land, kindness for the grower and, love from the winemaker. Their belief is to respect what the land offers, while shepherding in the cellar and ultimately delivering beautiful expressions of each varietal to supporters of Smith Story Wine Cellars. 4

5 The Smith Story Tasting Salon is located inside the winery at Grand Cru Custom Crush. This is a new, state-of-the-art production facility where you will have the opportunity to taste at your leisure after being hosted by Smith Story. Other producers on site include Kesner Wines, Ernest Vineyards and Mueller Winery. You will be returned to your accommodation in the late afternoon. Dinner at leisure, with suggestions, and overnight at your accommodation. Saturday, November 3 rd Full Day of Sonoma Tastings This morning you will be met at your hotel and transferred to Sonoma for another day of exceptional tastings. The Sonoma County encompasses a wide variety grape varietals and dramatic contrasts of terrain, offering up a diverse selection of wine styles to explore. From warm, days full of sunshine to cooler evenings, and fog-stricken valley, the variations in the geography and climate give each individual region in the county its own characteristics. You will be welcomed by three distinct wineries today. Hamel Family Wines The gang here works hard to produce the high-quality wines in limited quantities from the Sonoma Valley and Moon Mountain District estate vineyards. They farm their vineyards with organic and biodynamic practices, always mindful of their role as responsible stewards of the land. Your experience here will be privately led by an Estate Ambassador. Tour the Hamel Family Ranch vineyard, winery and adjacent cave, followed by a tasting of four of their Estate Series wines. Petroni Vineyards Petroni Vineyards is a 37-acre Sonoma estate vineyard on the West Mayacamas mountains with mineral-rich volcanic soil, ideal Southern exposure, and very low yields in growing the world's finest 5

6 wines prized by wine enthusiasts for their balanced concentrated fruit, exceptional complexity, depth, and finesse! Petroni Vineyards also produces California's #1 authentic Tuscan-style extra-virgin olive oil. Enjoy a three-course food and wine pairing. Greeted in arrival courtyard at our Proprietor s House, you will be escorted through the culinary gardens, production facilities and wine caves, glass-in-hand. Following the tour, partake in a custom, culinary pairing designed by the resident Chef, artfully paired with a combination of our Estate wines. This farm-to-table, three course wine and food pairing is seasonally designed to feature the bounty of ingredients from estate garden and neighboring ranches. Repris Wines Jim Momtazee owner of Repris Wines embarked on his journey with a mission to be a faithful steward of the historic Moon Mountain Vineyard Repris is the product of that mission, an effort to craft wines of place and purpose, representing the distinctiveness and charm of this special property. Located in the heart of Sonoma s newest AVA it is one of the most beautiful vineyards in Sonoma. The entire team at Repris is excited to share their journey with you. You will be returned to your hotel in the late afternoon. For dinner tonight, we will arrange an epicurean experience for the group. Celebrate the final night of your wine and food adventure in this beautiful area at one of our preferred restaurants in town. Overnight at your accommodation. 6

Unless otherwise specified, no insurance is included in the prices we offer. Into the Vineyard suggests that you purchase travel insurance, against the following risks. Personal Injury, trip Cancellation, trip interruption, repatriation and loss of luggage. For a travel insurance quote, click HERE or on the image below. As far as possible, Into the Vineyard will satisfy amendment requests. If these requests concern an extension of the stay, an increased number of persons, or the purchase of additional services, these amendments will be charged in addition to the original price. For any other amendment, a fee per person will be charged. Some international and in-country or regional airfares have advance purchase and ticketing requirements which will be communicated at time of reservation. Additional payment to cover the costs of the airline tickets will be requested in order to issue the tickets. Airline tickets carry penalties as per rules of the fare. Penalties are also imposed for any changes to the air reservations made after ticketing. 10

11 We reserve the right to request additional deposits if required by hotels and suppliers. This will be communicated at time of confirmation of booking. Any complaint for non-fulfillment or poor fulfillment of the travel contract should be made on the spot, and referred either to the offending provider of service or to Into the Vineyard. The complaint must describe the grievance and be made within 24 hours. If you have not obtained satisfaction, please send your complaint through registered mail, and join all written evidence within 15 days after the end of your trip. The length of our investigation will determine the delay in our response to your complaint. Into the Vineyard shall not be held liable for any inconvenience due to Loss/theft of plane tickets at the customs or check-in, non-presentation, or presentation of documents (ID card, passport, visa, vaccination certificate, etc.) which have expired or have an insufficient period of validity or do not conform to the indications on the back. In case of a failed check-in, there will be no refund of the package fare. Unexpected incidents due to a third party: wars, political upheavals, strikes external to Into The Vineyard, technical hitches external to Into The Vineyard, congestions on the roads or in the air space, hijacking, bankrupt of a service provider, bad weather, delays, engine failures, thefts of luggage or other goods. No refund of any kind will be made because of delays and itinerary changes due to the incidents mentioned above e.g. change in the length of the tour initially planned or of a connection. Possible additional expenses (taxes, hotel, parking) will be payable by the customer. Cancellations imposed by circumstances of the greatest importance and/or linked to the customer s safety, and/or on the command of an enforcing authority. Into The Vineyard reserves the right to modify planned dates/times/itineraries if the customer s safety cannot be ensured. The customer cannot claim any refund. Services that will not be used (transfers and excursions) will not be refunded. Services that are voluntarily modified on the spot are subject to our service providers conditions: additional services that entail an extra cost will have to be paid directly by the customer and will not entail Into the Vineyard liability. UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES Trip costs do not include items not specified in the itinerary. Although Into the Vineyard will make every effort to adhere to this itinerary, on rare occasions it may be necessary to make an adjustment to these arrangements. Should such adjustment be necessary, a substitute will be offered when and where possible. If war or terrorist activities threatened or actual, civil unrest, closures of airports or seaports, industrial action 11

12 threatened or any other event outside the control of Into the Vineyard which causes either delays or extends the holiday or compels a change in the holiday arrangements. Into the Vineyard reserves the right to substitute hotels or services of equal or greater quality Into the Vineyard cannot accept liability for any resulting loss, damage or expense and any refund will be subject to deduction of reasonable expenses. ENTRY DOCUMENTS A valid Passport is required for your trip. A Visa may be required for your trip we recommend checking with the Consul General of the Country you intend to visit.
