3 WHITE WINES ITALY 41. CHARDONNAY LAGUNA SECCA 2016/17 MANDRAROSSA (SICILY) GRAPES = CHARDONNAY Rich, ripe green apple aromas with some hints of macadamia nuts and honey. Soft and rich, ripe, fruity palate, leading to a long, rounded finish. 42. VERDICCHIO CLASSICO VILLA BIANCHI 2016 RONCHI (MARCHE) GRAPES = VERDICCHIO A white wine, fruity and slightly aromatic. Good medium structure with an interesting although light dry finish. 43. PINOT GRIGIO CABERT 2015/16 (FRIULI) GRAPES = PINOT GRIGIO Slightly spicy showing flavours of fresh peach and lemon with a delicate, nutty finish. 44. VERMENTINO VILLA SOLAIS 2017 SANTADI (SARDEGNA) GRAPES = VERMENTINO Sardinia s best known white, this dry wine is herbal and aromatic with almond flavours and a fresh finish. 45. PECORINO 2016 (MARCHE / ABRUZZO) GRAPES = PECORINO Fresh aromas of lemons with flavours of pear skins and a backbone of mineral acidity. 46. SAUVIGNON BIANCO 2015/16 CABERT (FRIULI) GRAPES = SAUVIGNON BIANCO Fruity, youthful style. No wood maturation, clean crisp flavours, long finish. 47. BRICCOTONDO ARNEIS LANGHE 2016 FONTANAFREDDA (PIEMONTE) GRAPES = ARNEIS Bright straw yellow with greenish highlights. The bouquet conjures up exotic fruit, ripe pears, hawthorn blossom and acacia honey. Soft and full on the palate with a refreshing crispness and luscious finish. 48. GAVI DEL COMUNE DI GAVI LA MINAIA 2016 N. BERGAGLIO (PIEMONTE/LIGURIA) GRAPES = CORTESE Crisp and dry, with hints of ripe pears and complex red and green apple notes with a refreshing, lengthy finish. 49. GRECO DI TUFO, DEVON CAGGIANO 2017 (CAMPANIA) GRAPES = GRECO This wine is an explosion of fresh tropical fruit, white flowers and almond flowers aromas. FRANCE 50. PICPOUL DE PINET RÉSERVE 2017 ROQUEMOLIÈRE (LOIRE) GRAPES = PICPOUL Well balanced with surprisingly good weight and concentration followed by a clean, crisp finish. 51. SANCERRE 2015/16 DOMAINE DE LA JOLIVE (LOIRE) GRAPES = SAUVIGNON BLANC The wine has an intensely aromatic nose of leaves, herbs and minerals. It has fresh acidity and is dry and fruity with a flinty quality. 52. GEWURZTRAMINER 2015 D. TRIMBACH (ALSACE) GRAPES = GEWURZTRAMINER Full, balanced and very aromatic. The Trimbach Gewurztraminer is dry and shows classic restraint, without any loss of the exotic and spicy feature. 53. CHABLIS A/C 2015/17 D. DOMAINE DE VAUROUX (BURGUNDY) GRAPES = CHARDONNAY Powerful nose of white flowers with a light mineral taste on the palate. It is delicate, lightly smoked with a long aftertaste. NEW ZEALAND 54. SAUVIGNON BLANC 2016/17 (MARLBOROUGH) GRAPES = SAUVIGNON BLANC A medium to full bodied wine with vibrant acidity intertwined with crisp fruits and a long and zesty finish.

BIFERNO ROSSO RISERVA 2013 PALLADINO (MOLISE) GRAPES = MONTEPULCIANO, AGLIANICO Aroma of plums and strawberry jam. Beautifully balanced. 63. NERO D AVOLA 2016 MANDRAROSSA (SICILY) GRAPES = NERO D AVOLA Fresh with good vanilla flavours. Soft and warm, with silky and sweet tannins. 64. BARDOLINO 2016 (VENETO) GRAPES = CORVINA, MOLINARA Smart nose with some cherry fruit and light dusting of spice. Well balanced with more cherry notes and a savoury finish. 65. CHIANTI CLASSICO GEOGRAFICO 2014/15 (TOSCANA) GRAPES = SANGIOVESE/CANAIOLO Full and rich, characterised by hints of violets balanced with great structure allied to fine fruit. 66. MONTEFALCO ROSSO ZIGGURAT DOC TENUTA CASTELBUONO (MARCHE) GRAPES = SANGIOVESE, SAGRANTINO, MERLOT, CABERNET FRANC A brilliant ruby red in colour with the elegance and complexity of its broad aromas of cherries and cloves, which give way to balm-like tones. 67. CAPPELLO DI PRETE SALENTO 2015 CANDIDO (PUGLIA) GRAPES = NEGROAMARO Rich and spicy on the nose, very harmonious. Well structured on the palate, with strong but sweet tannins on a pleasantly bitter background. 68. VALPOLICELLA RIPASSO 2016 IL SOSPIRO (VENETO) GRAPES = CORVINA/MOLINARA Intense ruby, red in colour. Fruity with deep hints of wild berries and jam. This wine is dry, structured with a soft, warm finish. 69. VINO NOBILE DI MONTEPULCIANO 2013 CECCHI (TOSCANA) GRAPES = SANGIOVESE Dry and lightly tannic with hints of vanilla and beautifully balanced, deep structure. 70. BAROLO DOCG 2013 VILLADORIA (PIEMONTE) GRAPES = NEBBIOLO Clear cut, intense nose with overtones of vanilla and spices. Dry but soft, full bodied, velvety and well balanced. 71. AMARONE CLASSICO DELLA VALPOLICELLA 2013 CESARI (VENETO) GRAPES = CORVINA/MOLINARA Aromas of morello cherries with layers of oak and spice. Rich and powerful with strong tannins and considerable texture and complexity.

MERLOT RESERVA 2017 DE GRAS (COLCHAGUA VALLEY) GRAPES = MERLOT Fleshy fruit and oaky flavours, with notes of mint and velvety tannins. ARGENTINA 77. MALBEC RESERVA 2016 BODEGA SANTA ANA (MENDOZA) GRAPES = MALBEC Medium to full bodied with a stylish balance of dense black fruit flavours, tightly knit fine grained tannins and a judicious use of oak. SPAIN 78. RIOJA CRIANZA RAMON BILBAO GRAPES = TEMPRANILLO/GARNACHA Spicy cherry bouquet, plum and tobacco aromas. Full and powerful, with an excellent balance of wood and fruit. ROSÉ WINES 79. CHIARETTO VILLA MURA SARTORI 2016/ Wonderfully expressive nose, a lively medium body, balanced acidity and a fresh, elegant finish. 80. PINOT GRIGIO BLUSH ROSÉ 2016/17 (VENETO) GRAPES = PINOT GRIGIO/MERLOT Light, dry and crisp, with a delicious balance between zingy citrus and fruity red berry flavours. Clean, refreshing finish. PINOT GRIGIO (ITALY) 2016/ VINNAIOLI JERMANN Coming from bang in the middle of the Collio wine region on the border of Slovenia, this Pinot Grigio is without doubt iconic. Described as the monarch of this highly fashionable category, prized for it s floral aromas and rich character. 92. POUILLY-FUISSÉ, LA ROCHE (FRANCE) MANCIAT-PONCET Smoky, toasty and pineappley on the nose, shows a palate pleasing breadth of minerals, grapefruit and red apples, some toasty, nutty highlights and a soft, juicy finish. 90. PULIGNY MONTRACHET (FRANCE) DOMAINE CHAVY An elegant yet full bodied style with citrus and honey aromas flavours. There is a touch of toasty oak underpinned by a fresh acidity, which adds structure and length. RED 93. AMARONE CLASSICO ACINATICO 2013/ ACCORDINI (VENETO) Classic Veronese speciality red made using the traditional Appassimento or drying process. After several months of ageing in oak barrels the wine acquires intense complex aromas and rich, cherry fruit flavour. 94. BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO (ITALY) 2012/ FATTORIA DEI BARBI Italy s most prized red, for it s powerful structure, warm, complex flavours and soft, sweet tannins. A perfect match for meat, game and strong cheeses. 95. BEAUNE 1ER CRU THEURONS DOM ROSSIGNOL (BURGUNDY) GRAPES = PINOT NOIR Earthty aromas with ripe crushed raspberries and morello cherry. Medium bodied and complex, finishing firm and lengthy. 96. CHATEAU GRAN PUY DUCASSE PUILLAC (BORDEAUX) EME CRU CLASSE GRAPES: CABERNET SAUVIGNON, MERLOT Exhibits a dense, almost opaque colour with gorgeous up-front, sweet, ripe fruit. The palate is medium to full bodied and chewy with a well endowed, plush texture. The wine is pure, complex and engaging.

SASSICAIA BOLGHERI, TENUTA SAN GUIDO Grapes = Cabernet Sauvignon (Oak aged) Locality = Tuscany, Costal Town of Bolgheri Producer = Tenuta San Guido Undoubtedly Italy s top red wine and also well known as an international icon. Made from grapes grown by the sea, the wine is aged in young oak barriques to acquire the rich, velvety flavour. A fantastic experience! FRANCE 98. CHÂTEAU LÉOVILLE LAS CASES ÈME CRU CLASSE VINTAGE 1998 Grapes = Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Cabernet Franc (Oak aged) Locality = Bordeaux, St Julien Producer = Léoville las Cases One of the most famous second growth wines from this area.
