2 A letter from your SGA President Hello! My name is Colton Mathis and I am the President of the SGA at the Catamount School. It has been a great first three weeks together! We ve made much progress on our Council lately. On Tuesday this week, our school community remembered 9/11 and reflected on the tragic attack on the World Trade Center, The Pentagon, and the attack in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We remember this week all of the men, women, children, and first responders that passed away during this time. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the many families that have lost family members 17 years ago. Student Government meets twice each week, and is already hard at work with events for the year! We re very happy to announce that we will have be having a costume themed Fall Ball this year! The dance will be on the 30 th of November from 6-8 pm. On October 19 th we will be having a Fall Carnival at Bridge Park from 6-8 pm. We will have games, food, and music so come on down and have some fun! Hope you all have a great week! Thank you! Colton Mathis SGA President
