14 General Information and Policies Deposit and Cancellation Policy for Private Events A non-refundable deposit of $ is required with a signed contract to secure your event date. 50% of your remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event 75% of your remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your event 100% of your estimated charges are due 72 hours before your event. A credit card is required to be on file with the Catering Department 72 hours before your event to secure any additional charges that may occur during the event. Deposits must be in the form of Cash or Check. Visa, Master Card and Discover will only be accepted for final payments. If the actual final balance is greater than the amount already paid, the remaining balance will be direct-billed and due upon receipt of the bill. If the actual final balance is less than the amount already paid, a check will be issued to refund the difference. Guarantees A guaranteed number of guests is required 72 hours in advance for all events. If a guarantee is not received, your original estimate will be used as a guarantee. You will be charged according to your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater. The Club will prepare up to 5% over your final guarantee for all plated meals. Club Policies Food or Beverage may not be brought into or taken out of the Club without prior written permission of the Club. Twin Creeks Country Club will handle the Catering needs of all events held at the Club. Please inform the Catering Director of any special decorating or audio/visual needs for your event in advance. These arrangements need to be made in advance to avoid conflicts with other private events. Times for equipment set-up, decorating and deliveries need to be arranged with the Catering Director in advance. The Club is not responsible for any items left at the Club prior to, during or after a function. Please make arrangements to have all gifts, flowers, decorations, etc., picked up at the end of the event. The Club reserves the right to assign private parties to another room should the circumstances arise. 14 P a g e
