2 The Spaces First Floor The St. James Room - 60 seated event /120 cocktail event With a view of the entire bar through french doors this room is perfect for group happy hour events, cocktail parties and presentations. The French doors do open to extend the occupancy of your event out to the bar increasing the occupancy to 150 for a cocktail event. The Game Room - Semi Private 30 seated event/50 cocktail event Adjacent to the main bar the game room surrounded by large screen TVs is ideal for sports viewing, fantasy drafts and casual dining events. The Library - 21 seated event This room is a favorite with private events clients. French doors close off this room for total privacy in an intimate fire lit setting. Red padded seating and books by Irish authors line the perimeter of the room. Harnett s Abbey - 25 seated/60 cocktail event Intimate living room surrounded by antiques, ideal for group dining or a cocktail event The Sun Room Bar - 30 seated/70 cocktail event This room boasts it s own bar and full picture window views of the outside patio. 15 Things you need to know Music is automatically played with an eclectic mix of music or for buy-outs your own selection of music can be played from an ipod or music tablet via auxiliary chord. (If using an IPhone, please provide your own auxiliary chord adapter) We offer wireless internet access. Floral displays and entertainment can be arranged incurring additional fees. A guaranteed number of guests is required 48 hours prior to your event. All quoted prices do not include sales tax, 18% gratuity and 2% service charge. Personalized menus will be printed for brunch, lunch and dinner events. Your own logo or message can be inserted. Menus are subject to change due to availability and seasonality of items. With your approval, we may modify items to ensure the highest quality selections available
