11 Venkman s Stage and AV The Stage at Venkman s is 12 x 16, expandable to 12 x 22. Music from our house music library is included in any rental. Any band or DJ performance requires our house production package and a sound engineer ($500.) Our system includes microphones, stands, cables and monitors sufficient for any band. Video Projector and Screen available on request.

12 Venkman s Buyouts Lunch M - F Brunch Sat / Sun $4,000 minimum $10,000 minimum Dinner Sun / Mon Dinner Tues / Wed Dinner Thurs Dinner Fri / Sat $6,000 minimum $8,000 minimum $10,000 minimum $15,000 minimum Plus admin fee (3%), Taxes (8%), Gratuity (20%), entertainment (if applicable) and production. For any custom food, contract and 50% deposit must be returned 2 days in advance. For parties larger than 30, 50% deposit must be made 14 days in advance. For total buyouts, 50% deposit must be made 30 days in advance. For the private dining room and large parties on concert nights, tickets must be purchased in advance to make reservation Space Rental during off-hours - $500 / hour + $300 per day Admin Fee (2 hour minimum, 8 hour maximum.)
