2 I N T R O D U C T I O N Successful catering for meetings & functions requires forward planning, flexible resources & experience in preparing menus that satisfy a wide range of dietary, cultural & lifestyle needs. We provide choices to match the style and pace of the function whether it is a sandwich platter, formal dinner or cocktail party. This Chartwells function selector contains a range of menus & prices to suit your needs. 3 TERMS & CONDITIONS DIETARY REQUIREMENTS We have many menu choices that are vegan (vgn), vegetarian (v), lactose free (lf) or low in gluten (lg). Other dietary requirements such as Halal (h) or Kosher (k) may incur some additional costs. MINIMUM NUMBERS Generally our function catering requires a minimum numbers of 10 (ten) people or more but please feel free to ask as we pride ourselves in trying to help wherever possible. All items are 1 (one) per person unless otherwise indicated. HOW WE CHARGE All prices in this selector include food & food preparation labour but are exclusive of GST. Delivery is included to easy access areas, however some areas may incur additional labour charge (i.e. buildings with only stair access). Functions requiring staff and/or linen will be quoted accordingly. All prices in this selector are for Monday to Friday delivery between the hours of 8am and concluded by 5pm. For events outside these hours, including weekends, public holidays and non-semester periods, please contact us and we will happily provide a quote based on your needs. Payment terms are 14 days. NOTICE PERIOD Orders placed with less than 36 hours notice will attract a surcharge of 20%. We regret some options may not be available when minimum notice has been given. We may substitute some items in this instance. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations of less than 3 working days of the event will result in a cancellation fee. We do require final numbers within 3 working days of the event. Some substitutions may be included if numbers increase or decrease substantially within this time frame. Your confirmation of acceptance once submitting your request will be considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.

8 DROP & RUN BOXES Your guests will be impressed as our professional craft boxes, lined with Chartwells paper and filled with the product(s) of your choice, are delivered to your event space at the designated time. When the event is finished, you simply place the empty box in the rubbish bin leaving the space clean and tidy for the next event booking. This is ideal for an event where you want great food without the price tag of ceramic plates, cups and saucers which all, by necessity carry a delivery & collection fee built into the price.
