10 Food & Beverage Pre-Ordering In order to serve you better, we ask that all skybox food and beverage orders (including special requests) be received by the catering department by 5:00 pm three days prior to each game (see below). A $25 service charge will be added to any order placed after the order deadline. Please submit all orders on the skybox order form via , fax or in person. Food & Beverage Game Day Ordering If you would like to place food orders on game days, a Skybox Game Day Menu will be available in your Skybox. The Game Day Menu is slightly limited compared to this menu due to preparation requirements. Please allow at least thirty (30) minutes for game day orders to be delivered. Menu items marked with a blue star indicates they are not available for game day ordering. General Cancellations Please notify us as soon as possible of any order cancellations. Orders cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to a game will not be charged. Orders not cancelled twenty-four (24) hours in advance will be subject to cancellation fees. Weather/Emergency Cancellations Policy If a bad weather forecast is causing you to change your plans for the game, please notify the catering department at least four (4) hours prior to game time to ensure you will not be charged for your order. If the gates do not open to start the game, you will not be charged for your order. If the gates do open and you have not cancelled prior to the four (4) hour window, you will be charged full price for your order. Weather related information can be found on the Revolution webpage, Food & Beverage Removal Policy Bringing any food or beverages into the Skyboxes from outside PeoplesBank Park is strictly prohibited. Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board prohibits removing any alcoholic beverages from PeoplesBank Park. Carry out boxes are available for leftover food. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold unused product from one game to another. Hours of Operation The Skyboxes open for guest arrival one hour and fifteen minutes (1:15) prior to scheduled game time and remain open for thirty (30) minutes after the game has ended. The Legends Catering Department will be available on regular business days from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, for all order processing and any other questions. Pre-Order Game Day Delivery Schedule All cold beverages, necessary equipment and snacks (peanuts, etc.) will be stocked in your Skybox one (1) hour prior to game time. In order to ensure freshness, all food orders will be delivered at the time you specified on your pre-order. If you did not specify a food delivery time, hot food items will be delivered to your Skybox thirty (30) minutes prior to game time or whenever the first guests arrive, whichever comes later. 10

11 Game Day Service Game day service begins thirty (30) minutes prior to the game. Additional food orders may be placed with your suite attendant beginning at that time and lasting until the end of the 5th inning; beverage service may continue until the bottom of the 7th inning. Please note that game day orders are meant to supplement your pre-order and will be delivered as soon as they are prepared. Please allow at least thirty (30) minutes for game day orders to be delivered. Special Requests & Dietary Needs Legends and the York Revolution pride themselves on providing world-class service and will make every effort to fulfill special requests that would enhance the ballpark and Skybox experience for you. Please allow at least three (3) business days for special requests. If you require specific dietary accommodations, please contact the Catering Manager to discuss options. Pre-Order Details Please fill out your pre-order form legibly and in full prior to submitting. Take note to include Skybox number, owner s name, date of game, time of game, on-site contact for the game, your name, contact information and requested method of payment including persons permitted to add on any charges. We highly encourage having one person place Skybox pre-orders when possible to avoid duplicate/conflicting orders. If you would like to set up a standard order for each game or a certain section of the season, please contact the Catering Manager at louis.rivera@legends.net. Methods of Payment We require that all Skybox invoices be settled prior to the end of the game by using a credit card on file, an authorized credit card or cash. Authorized credit cards include MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and Discover. 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be added to all food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases where applicable. A Skybox invoice, listing all pre-orders and game day orders and related charges including tax and service charges, will be presented at the bottom of the 7th inning. Each Skybox holder must submit a credit card(s) to put on file with the authorized signature(s). If none of the individuals authorized to sign are present to sign the final invoice, we will ask the designated on-site contact/host to sign the invoice and will provide the final copy to them. Any additional copies of the invoice will then be provided upon request. Staff Gratuities Legends adds a 12% service charge to all pre-order and game day purchases which is presented entirely and evenly to our dedicated service staff. If you feel your specific skybox attendant went above and beyond that level of service, please feel free to tip them accordingly at your discretion. Any gratuity left above the 12% will go entirely to your specific Skybox attendant. 11

12 Be A Team Player Drink Responsibly Legends and the York Revolution are dedicated to providing a safe, family-friendly entertainment environment. As such, the following Pennsylvania State Liquor Laws are strictly maintained: It is the responsibility of the Skybox holder or their representative to monitor and control alcohol consumption within the Skybox. Minors (those under 21 years of age), by law, are NOT permitted to consume, hold or transport alcoholic beverages. Pursuant to section of the Pennsylvania crime codes, providing and/or enabling minors to consume alcohol is a 3rd degree misdemeanor which carries a minimum fine of $1,000 and possible jail time. It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to anyone who appears to be intoxicated. Pennsylvania State Law prohibits fans from bringing alcoholic beverages into, or taking alcoholic beverages from, the stadium. For the safety of guests, associates and players at PeoplesBank Park, all glass bottles must remain on the skybox level. Please ask to have your bottle poured into a plastic cup prior to walking down to the lower level of the stadium. Fans found with glass bottles on the concourse will be asked to pour their beverage into a plastic cup. Legends ends alcoholic beverage service at the conclusion of the 7th inning. Pursuant to section 3802 of the Pennsylvania crime codes, driving, operating or controlling a vehicle under the influence of alcohol is prohibited. The Pennsylvania maximum legal limit for blood alcohol content (BAC) is.08%. If you appear intoxicated, Legends and the York Revolution reserve the right to request that you take a taxi home and will call one for you. Legends and the York Revolution reserve the right to discontinue the purchase of alcoholic beverages at any time to anyone at our discretion. Legends and the York Revolution reserve the right to refuse service to persons who appear intoxicated at our discretion. Legends and the York Revolution reserve the right to check for proper identification and request backup identification at our discretion. We value you as our guest; please do not drink and drive. 12
