We encourage you to appoint one peron to place all order to develop more effective communication and to avoid duplication of order. A eparate event day menu i provided in each uite for your review. Order may be placed with your uite attendant or by calling the catering office at extenion 2138 on your in uite phone. Pleae allow 45 minute for event day order. Event day ordering will conclude during the econd intermiion at hockey game, beginning of the 2nd half at baketball game, or one (1) hour before the event end. Your cooperation i incerely appreciated. ADMINISTRATION CHARGES AND TAXES All order are ubject to a tandard 18% taxable adminitration charge and 8% ale tax a required by the tate of New York. Gratuitie are additional and at your dicretion baed on the quality of ervice rendered. *Thi Adminitrative Charge i not intended to be a tip, gratuity, or ervice charge for the benefit of employee and no portion of thi Adminitrative Charge i ditributed to employee. PERSONALIZED SERVICES On event day, a uite attendant will be aigned to your luxury box. The attendant i there to take your food and beverage order, and ait in your uite experience. Thee attendant are reponible for a group of uite. If you deire a dedicated uite attendant or bartender to remain excluively in your uite for an event, pleae contact the Catering office at (518) Pleae allow 5 day notification to enure your requet can be accommodated. The fee for a private uite attendant i $95.00 per event. CANCELLATIONS Should you need to cancel your event order, pleae contact our catering office at (518) If your cancellation requet i made at leat 24 hour prior to the event, you will incur no charge. If the requet i not made within the 24-hour minimum, a 50% charge will be aeed on food and beverage invoice and 100% of the attendant fee. FOOD AND BEVERAGE DELIVERY Unle a pecific time i indicated, all food and beverage will be delivered to the uite at the opening of gate. In order to enure the highet level of food quality, certain food may be delivered to the uite after the guet arrive. FOOD POLICY All food product erved in the uite at the Time Union Center are handled excluively by Aramark. It i not permiible for guet to bring or remove food to or from the uite. Any food product brought into the uite without prior authorization will be charged to the uite holder at our normal retail price. UNCONSUMED BEVERAGES For uite without a par-retocking agreement, Aramark reerve the right, in it ole dicretion, to dipoe of any unconumed or unopened food and beverage at the end of each event and to retock certain item for ubequent event and credit will not be given for any uch item. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES Aramark Corporation, a a licenee, i reponible for the adminitration of the ale and ervice of alcoholic beverage in accordance with the law and regulation of the State of New York. Therefore, in compliance with thee law, all alcoholic beverage mut be upplied by Aramark. Alcoholic beverage are not permitted to be brought into or out of the Time Union Center. New York State Law prohibit the conumption of any alcoholic beverage by any peron under the age of 21. It i the reponibility of the uite holder to enure that no minor or intoxicated peron conume alcoholic beverage in their uite. REFRIGERATOR Suite refrigerator will be opened for every event. In the event the uite holder doe not wih the refrigerator to be unlocked during a pecific event, they mut inform our catering taff in writing prior to the event in quetion. If our catering taff doe not receive uch notification, we will aume that the refrigerator i to be available for the event. Pre- Ordered alcohol will be put in your uite prior to your arrival. Any leftover beverage from the event will be locked up and mut tay in the uite for future event. PAYMENT PROCEDURES AND POLICIES Aramark offer everal different type of payment option. All uite holder will be required to provide a credit card to be kept on file for the eaon. All food order mut alo be ecured uing a credit card. OPTION 1: CASH Cah may be ued during the event to purchae food and beverage item. Cah may alo be preented a payment for a pre-order ecured by a credit card. OPTION 2: CREDIT A credit card may be ued to purchae food and beverage the night of the event. Aramark accept American Expre, Dicover, MaterCard or VISA. AUTHORIZED SIGNERS FOR CREDIT ACCOUNTS It i Aramark policy that only authorized igner, deignated by the uite holder, are allowed to charge additional food and beverage for the uite during an event to the uite holder account. If no authorized igner will be preent during the event, pleae notify u prior to the event a to the name of the repreentative who will be reponible for igning the receipt and authorized to order additional food and beverage. If no authorized igner i preent during the event, the guet will not be allowed to charge purchae to the uite holder account. Guet will be reponible to pay by either cah or credit card.
