19 POLICIES & PROCEDURES HAMMONS FIELD LUXURY SUITES AND CATERING Springfield Sportservice LLC is the exclusive food and beverage provider for Hammons Field. It is not permissible for guests to bring food or beverages into the stadium. Any food or beverage products brought into the stadium without proper authorization will be confiscated and/or charged to the Suite holder and at a normal retail price. BEVERAGE PAR STOCKING SYSTEM A beverage stock is inventory you will have stocked before each event. If you would like to have this service for your Suite, please complete the par stocking inventory sheet and return to our Suites office. This is not a required service, but an added amenity available for your Suite. If at any time you would like to change your par stock, please contact our Suites Administrator. CONSUMER ADVISORY Eating raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Young children, pregnant women, older adults and those with certain medical conditions are at greater risk. FOOD ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES If you or your guests suffer from a food-based allergy or sensitivity, please contact our Suites and Catering Manager at (417) We will consult with our chefs in an effort to meet your needs and ensure that you and your guests have an enjoyable experience during your event. Please note that some of the ingredients used in our offerings originate in facilities where common food allergens may be in use. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS In an effort to meet the needs of our guests, our menu is designed to provide a wide variety of choices. Should you or your guests have any special dietary needs or requests, including kosher and vegetarian meals, we will make every effort to accommodate these requests. We would appreciate two (2) business days notice for your request.

20 POLICIES & PROCEDURES PERSONAL SERVICE Springfield Sportservice will provide a Suite Attendant to service your Luxury Suite. This service includes setup of your Suite, greeting early guests, delivering of food and beverage products and personal attention to the Suite. Should you desire special in-suite host/hostess assistance or bartender services, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary staff. When requesting a dedicated server or bartender, 48 hours notice is required. The labor cost of a dedicated server or bartender is $150 per event. This is not a gratuity and will not be distributed to the employee providing your service. SPECIAL OCCASIONS It would be our pleasure to provide you with additional arrangements including special occasion cakes, official Springfield Cardinals merchandise and floral arrangements please allow three (3) business days notice. We would like to help create a memorable event for you and your guests. Contact our Suites and Catering Administrator for more information. SPORTSERVICE S COMMITMENT TO YOUR SAFETY To provide a safe and enjoyable time and to maintain compliance with the rules and regulations of the state of Missouri and Springfield Sportservice, no alcoholic beverages may be brought in or removed from the stadium. It is the responsibility of the Suite owners to ensure that no minors or intoxicated persons consume alcoholic beverages in their Suites. Springfield Sportservice reserves the right to check for proper identification and to refuse service to any person who appears to be intoxicated. SPECIAL EVENTS AT HAMMONS FIELD The Springfield Cardinals and Springfield Sportservice can provide a unique setting for a one-of-a-kind corporate or social event. 21 POLICIES & PROCEDURES ORDERING PROCEDURES In order to provide the freshest food and highest quality service possible, we request that all food and beverage orders be placed at least one business day prior to each event. All menu items are available to order in advance. Please note that all menu items are prepared and priced (excluding the B-Lounge Menu, Game Day Specials and Packages) to serve six people. Orders must be placed by phone, fax or . Our Game Day Menu is available during the event. Place your order with your Suite Attendant. Orders will be accepted up until two (2) hours after the event begins. DELIVERY OF ADVANCE ORDERS In order to provide our guests with the finest quality service, we will deliver your advance order at the time you request. Hot food will be kept hot in chafing dishes in your Suite. Cold food will be refrigerated up to your requested delivery time. Our service staff will assist you with the final details and preparation.
