4 Beverage Add-Ons: 2016 Blue Moon Brewhouse Add-On Order Form There is a full service bar in the Blue Moon Brewhouse. If you would like to provide alcoholic beverages for your guests,, you can select from the following bar options: Hosted : A hosted bar will be billed on consumption; this will allow your guests to consume beverages with the payment being applied to a total tab and paid for by the host. This tab can be closed at the conclusion of your food service (regularly scheduled start of the game) or you can choose to keep it open until the Blue Moon Brewhouse closes. Drink Tickets : Delaware North Sportservice can provide the drink tickets for a fee of $ Guests may choose to create their own drink tickets to provide to guests which would eliminate this $20.00 fee. The beverages consumed in exchange for drink tickets will be tracked and billed at the conclusion of the event. With drink tickets, you could also limit the types of beverages your guests could exchange (e.g., beer and wine only, no liquor drinks). to provide tickets ($20.00 fee) Number of tickets per guest if is providing tickets Host will provide tickets Bar Service Length: During Food Service Only Keep Tab Running/Allow Drink Tickets to Be Exchanged Until 7 th Inning Bar Policies: Bar Policies and Procedures An additional 18% Administrative Charge and 6% Michigan Sales Tax will be added to all additional food and beverage.
