2 Catering by Concordia s Casual Gatherings menu offers an opportunity for guests to design their own meals based on a theme of their choice. Selecting an option from the Casual Gatherings menu ensures that all of your guests are able to enjoy the perfect meal based on individual tastes. Each menu is set up buffet-style. Each unique theme is priced accordingly, ensuring that no matter what your budget, we will be the perfect fit for you. Minumum 12 guests required for on-campus events. Minimum 30 guests required for off-campus events. Prices noted in this menu include disposable eco-friendly plates and silverware. Additional options include: China limited service upgrade China full service upgrade Bamboo or Legacy upgrade 2 per person 3 per person 1.15 per person When planning for your event please keep in mind the following: To ensure the highest quality service, contact the catering office at least two weeks before the event Final customer count and event confirmations are required four business days before the event. All events must have a secured payment before they occur. Non-campus related groups are required to make a deposit of 25 percent at the time the event is booked, 50 percent 30 days prior to the event and the balance due on the day of the event. Off-campus events are subject to a 18% delivery fee. Please refer to the policies section of the menu for complete details. 2
