2 The Hilton Garden Inn of Shoreview, Minnesota is located in a suburban area of Minneapolis/St. Paul near Interstate 694 & Lexington Avenue The hotel is seventeen miles north of the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport and the world famous Mall of America. We offer free wireless internet access throughout the entire hotel. Our meeting room can seat up to 100 people theater style, 110 people for banquet rounds and 80 people for classroom style.. Working luncheons can be served inside the meeting room or in our restaurant which is closed to the public during the afternoon and allows your group a break away to enjoy lunch in our beautiful atrium area. During the milder weather, our guests enjoy the attached outdoor patio furniture. The patio is used for breaks, meals, evening social hours and we have had the privilege of hosting weddings on our patios as well. Therefore, in compliance with state law, all liquor, wine and beer must be supplied and served by the Hotel. Menu Selection All food and beverage items served at the Hotel must be supplied by the Hotel. The enclosed menus for your consideration are our standard suggested menus. Our Chefs welcome the opportunity to design a menu to suit your particular needs or budget. The only outside food that is allowed is a bakery cake for weddings or birthdays. Guarantees It is necessary that we are in receipt of menu selection, meeting room set-up requirements and any arrangements no later than 15 days prior to the functions. We require a 72-hour guarantee of the number of people who will be In attendance for all food and beverage functions. Your guarantee serves as the minimum number billed. Cancellation Cancellation of any event less than fourteen working days prior to event may be subject to a cancellation fee. Payment Advance payment or credit card guarantee is required.

Brunch Menu-$15 per person Three cheese scrambled eggs, crisp bacon and sausage, sliced seasonal fruit tray with chocolate fondue, assorted pastries, broc cheese quiche, ham, cheese & mushroom quiche, parmesan crusted baby red potatoes, baked chicken parmesan, homemade caramel rolls, vegetable medley.
