Working luncheons can be served inside the meeting room or in our restaurant which can be closed to the public during the afternoon to allow your group to enjoy lunch our beautiful pavilion area. A/V equipment rental is subject to a 7.275% sales tax. General Information Event Room Assignment and Rental Event rooms are assigned in accordance with anticipated attendance and set-up agreements. Revisions in attendance and/or set-up requirements may necessitate reassignment to a more suitable function room. Our schedule of room rental fees is contingent upon factors pertaining to total food and beverage purchased. Beverage Service The Hotel is responsible for the administration of the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with the Minnesota State Liquor Commission s regulations. Therefore, in compliance with state law, all liquor, wine and beer must be supplied and served by the Hotel. Menu Selection All food and beverage items served at the Hotel must be supplied by the Hotel. The enclosed menus for your consideration are our standard suggested menus. We welcome the opportunity to design a menu to suit your particular needs. An 18% service charge is in addition to quoted charges. In accordance with State Law, State and Local Sales Tax is applied to the total of quoted food, beverage and service charge. Menu prices and service charges are subject to change without prior notification. Multiple Entrées If two or more entrees are requested, the following stipulations will apply: 1) If there is a price difference between the two entrées, the higher price will prevail for ALL entrees. 2) Each guest upon seating requires some form of entrée indication, i.e. colored ticket Guarantees It is necessary that we are in receipt of menu selection, meeting room set-up requirements and any or all arrangements no later than 15 days Prior to the functions. We require a 72-hour guarantee of the number of people who will be In attendance for all food and beverage functions. We will be prepared To serve 5% over the guaranteed number. Should your attendance exceed this number, we will make every effort to properly serve your guests, but we Can not guarantee that we will serve the same menu. Your guarantee serves as the minimum number billed. Cancellation Cancellation of any event less than fourteen working days prior to event will be subject to a cancellation fee.
