9 CONSIDERATIONS All prices are subject to 22% Taxable service charge and 7.5% applicable sales tax, prices subject to change. GUARANTEE A Guarantee is required on all meal events. The Event Department must be notified of the exact number of guests FIVE BUSINESS DAYS before the event. In the event that a Guarantee is not received, the estimated attendance count will be prepared for and billed. The Hotel will provide seating in the amount of five percent (5%) over your Guarantee. FOOD & BEVERAGE All Food and Beverage is to be purchased, prepared and served by the staff of the hotel. This includes all hospitality suites. The hotel, as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sales and service of alcoholic beverages, in accordance with the Florida Alcoholic Commission's regulations.
