9 Miscellaneous Wedding Ceremony Set Up Fee $500 NorthShore has the capacity for on-site wedding ceremonies with a numerous configurations and possibilities for your special event. Our staff will set up for your ceremony and convert to your reception as per your specific requests in a professional and efficient manner. Room Setup & Rental Fees Room setup and rental fees include the use of the room for the designated event for a maximum of 5 hours, which must conclude by midnight. Fees include all set up of tables, chairs, service tables, side tables, and any other agreed upon service provided by the Club. Fees do not include decorations or centerpieces for the guest tables. *Club members receive a 50% discount off Room Fees. Main Dining Room $1, Pebble Beach Room $ Bar & Grill Room $ *Additional Hour $1, For events requiring more that the allotted 5 hour service time-frame, an additional hour may be purchased for a maximum of 6 hours of event time. In no case will an event last longer than 6 hours. Events must end at 12:00AM. Security Services Security Services may be required for certain events, depending on number of guests, services included, and type of event. In the event that NorthShore requires Security Services for your event, your sales manager will advise you of such requirement and make arrangements for such services. Security Services will be provided by the Portland Police Department. Payment will be provided by the client directly to the officer at the beginning of the event.
