2 ABOUT OUR CLUB Cypress Lakes Country Club is a historical builiding in which was built in 1966 and is the only full service country club within the River Parish area. Three years ago, we did a complete restoration and remodeling of our facility creating a club elegant and sophisticated venue. 3 VENUE DESCRIPTIONS GRAND BALLROOM CAPACITY: 250 Guests The stunning Grand Ballroom provides a timeless setting with our cathedral ceilings, stunning three chandeliers and accent lighting provides a magnificent mood for any event. Our four featured windows overlook our Olympic Size Pool & Patio, leading into our breathtaking views of a manicured golf course with towering Cypress Trees. This Room also has its own bar, bathrooms and rear entrance with parking lot access. DINING ROOM CAPACITY: 75 Guests The Dining Room is an elegant evening venue tastefully decorated with brick arches, tiled floors, antique style mirrors and linen draped tables. This room portrays an intimate cozy Tuscany feel with the elegance of fine dining suitable for your event needs. Our wall of windows overlook an Olympic Size Pool & Patio with a perfect breathtaking resort feel. This event area is featured in the middle of our Country Club, providing access to our bar area, restrooms and front door portichere entry. CYPRESS ROOM CAPACITY: 40 Guests Our Cypress Room is comfortable and perfect for any occasions... From entertaining business clients, small seminars, corporate training, excercise room, buncos, poker tournaments and birthday parties for all ages. Rectangular shaped room with external VILLERE ROOM CAPACITY: 20 Guests Our Villere Room is ideal for small private gatherings of any type, comfortably seating 20 including rehearsal dinners. Great for private family dinner parties, card games and also used for wedding parties to take enjoy appetizers between photo shoots. It is located behind our Dining Room and has two french doors on either side to close or open at your request, plus large bay windows facing Villere Drive. 3

Italian- Creole cuisine is the flavor that I will be adding to the restaurant at Cypress Lakes.

4 EXECUTIVE CHEF My name is Alessandro Pieri, call me Alex or Sandro. I am a new addition to the restaurant at Cypress Lakes Country Club. I am 60 years of age and born in Abruzzi, Italy. I came to New Orleans in 1958 at the age of 5. I was born in Italy, raised in New Orleans, and live in Destrehan; so I can truly be classified as an Italian-Creole. Italian- Creole cuisine is the flavor that I will be adding to the restaurant at Cypress Lakes. I accepted this position because I enjoy serving people, have a passion for cooking, and a desire to help our subdivision grow and prosper. My passion for food and cooking began with organizing events and preparing food for Italian o r g a n i z a t i o n s i n t h e N e w O r l e a n s a r e a. I purchased Boscoli Family Foods where I created a variety of recipes for new food products that are distributed nationwide. I opened Sandro s Trattoria in 2003 serving old style family Italian recipes and created an authentic décor depicting a small café in Italy. I recently turned over the restaurant to my step-son and head chef. This year Sandro s will be celebrating 10 years of successful operation. Now after 2 years of partial retirement from Sandro s, I find myself both flattered and humbled to be invited by the board to bring my idea of Italian- Creole cuisine to the restaurant at Cypress Lakes. As a resident for over 25 years and a member of the country club, I feel very much a part of the community of Ormond. It is with great enthusiasm; that I accepted the position as Head Chef and Manager. I will do my very best so that our neighbor has a restaurant to be proud of. 5 CATERING Wedding Package Our Wedding Package allows you to let us plan this big day for you. The following venues are included in this package, Grand Ballroom, Dining Room and Villere Room. Personalize your meal by choosing 4 appetizers to be passed around by our wait staff to your guests. Pick 3 entrées for the buffet, 1 side and 1 soup and/or salad. This package includes vegetable tray and cheese platter service at the bar. The price also includes tea, water, coffee and soft drinks. Pasta station $3/person extra and Carving station $4/person extra, all depending on food choices.
