9 EVENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS Minimum spend 500 / 600 for 20 / 25 people 2-3 hours slot is given The client will have to pre-select food & drinks The client may request to make changes to the Booking at any time up to 2 weeks prior to the Event by giving notice of such proposed changes to Tomtom Mess Hall Deposit of 50% to be charged 2 weeks prior the event Free cancellation before 2 weeks prior the event If notice is given by the Client to cancel the Booking with less than 2 weeks prior to the Event, the Deposit (50% or more of the hire charge agreed) is not refundable
