2 New and Seasonal Offerings Brasserie de Legendes Goliath Tripel Ath, Belgium, the City of Giants, is famous for its annual Parade of Giants. Every year, Goliath whose name is pronounced Gouyasse in the local dialect leads the parade. The Brasserie des Géants (Giants Brewery), in Ath, didn t think long before naming its first brew Gouyasse. Gouyasse is a golden Belgian ale, and a nice one, at 6% alcohol by volume. And so it was that we proposed to the brewery a stronger beer, with the name Goliath. 750ml 9% abv $25 St. Somewhere Merde de Singe A collaboration between St. Somewhere in Tarpon Springs and our very own Brent Hernandez. The Merde de Singe is a saison brewed with tamarind, open fermentation, bottle fermented and unfiltered. Florida 750 ml 6.5% abv $30 Brouwerij West 12 Mør Mør Brouwerij West uses only imported Belgian malt, German noble hops and house yeast strain isolated in Belgium. Deep black-red in color with full palate and a dry finish. California 16.9 oz $18 Birra del Borgo Perle Ai Porci This creamy full bodied stout is brewed with the addition of oysters and clams in their shells. This addition lends the beer slightly savory and mineral notes. Italy 11.2 oz $12 Summertime Brews Anchorage & Jolly Pumpkin Calabaza Boreal Saison brewed with mosaic and galaxy hops, fermented and aged in oak barrels with fresh grapefruit peel, peppercorns and fresh grapefruit juice. Alaska 750ml 7% abv $35 Grimm Still Life Grisette is a crushable, thirst-quenching historical Belgian ale originally brewed to refresh coal miners at the end of a long day. Still Life is our interpretation, brewed for the autumn season: a tart, funky farmhouse ale produced with a mixed culture fermentation. Red Jacket apple cider from the Finger Lakes region of New York lends seasonal flavor, while spelt provides a rustic grain character. This unboiled, unfiltered ale is dry hopped with German Hallertau and Czech Saaz.. New York 22oz $24 Left Hand Good JuJu A low gravity pale ale made with freshly ground ginger root. This beer is light in body, low in alcohol with a distinct ginger aroma and a crisp, spiced finish. If you re a fan of ginger ale, you re gonna love this brew. 11 Lambic These are spontaneously fermented beers aged in wooden barrels. Oude Lambic Unblended. 2-3 year old spontaneously fermented ale.
