Knockando Single Malt Scotch Whisky 3.95 Especially delicate, fruity and subtle Speyside: smooth but complex layers of flowery, nutty and slightly smoky notes. The Singleton of Dufftown 12 Years Old 4.45 This smooth, naturally rich Single Malt Scotch Whisky has sweet fruity notes and a lingering, pleasurable warmth. 7 HIGHLANDS Glenmorangie The Original 4.50 Elegant, floral and the real backbone of the Glenmorangie range. A mature spirit that is soft, mellow and creamy. Glenmorangie Signet Signet is a blend of Glenmorangie s oldest whisky that was distilled over thirty years ago. Signet s melting sweetness and explosive spiciness is, at least in part, caused by the unique roasted chocolate barley malt and the designer casks made bespoke from American white oak. Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 5.75 After maturing in American white oak casks, Quinta Ruban is transferred into specially selected ruby port pipes. This develops a complex balance of sweet and dry flavours and a contrast of smooth and crisp, cooling textures. Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old 4.75 Established in 1898, Dalwhinnie is produced in the highest working distillery in Scotland at an altitude of 1,173ft, with stream water from mountain lochs. It is a perfect Highland Single Malt Scotch whisky with a resilient marriage of speyside heather-honey sweetness and lowland intensity. Oban 14 Year Old 5.15 Oban is the frontier between the West Highlands and the Islands; the meeting place between land and sea. Made using only the finest barley, malted to the distillery s own particular specification. Rich sweetness and fruits on the nose, with some sea-salt and peaty smokiness. The body is full and rich, with mouth filling late autumn fruits on the palate; dried figs and honey-sweet spices, followed by a smoky, malty dryness. Old Pulteney 12 Year Old 4.75 Deep amber in colour with a slight pink hue, the aromas are medium to high intensity and dry with a briny hint of sea air. On the palate comes sweet, floral and citrus plus dry banana skin. Smooth and faintly salty. Aberfeldy 12 Year Old 5.00 A fruity, clean and polished malt with a touch of honey and spice, Aberfeldy 12 Year Old is an excellent introduction to this Highland distillery.

8 Edradour 10 Year Old 4.95 Edradour is one of Scotland s smallest distilleries and at the heart of the range, this 10 year old Eastern Highlander is a rather unique single malt, a decidedly rum-like dram with a thick mouthfeel. Glengoyne 10 Year Old 4.25 Glengoyne has been preserving the essence of its flavour for decades by using air-dried barley rather than barley dried using harsh peat smoke. The result is a more subtle, complex whisky in which all of the delicate flavours are freely allowed to express themselves. Fresh green apples, toffee and a hint of nuttiness. Glengoyne 15 Year Old 6.50 Oily and rich texture, with lemon, walnuts and cinnamon spice. Glengoyne 18 Year Old The richness continues, but with the fruit notes of apple and pineapple superseded by prominent notes of nut and spice: hazelnut, nutmeg and clove. LOWLANDS Auchentoshan 12 Year Old 4.60 Auchentoshan 12 Year Old is a single Lowland Malt that is triple distilled and matured for over 12 years. A stylish, contemporary brand with younger adult appeal, Auchentoshan is light and subtle. A great entry level single malt for new consumers to the category. Auchentoshan Three Wood 5.35 A rich and complex whisky with incredible toffee and sherry oak flavours. Auchentoshan Bartenders Edition 5.50 A limited release single malt from Auchentoshan that s a product of their New Malt Order cocktail competition. Blends created by 12 bartenders from five countries were brought together to create The Bartender s Blend, using whiskies spanning five decades (the youngest of which were 6 years old). Glenkinchie 12 Years Old Single Malt 4.20 Glenkinchie is perfect as an aperitif, or at the start of a meal due to it s fragrant, light and appetising body and taste. It has a very aromatic flowery nose and is sweet and creamy on the palate.

9 THE ISLANDS Highland Park 12 Year Old 4.05 Rich and well balanced malty tones with the subtle floral smoke which makes Highland Park such a distinctive single malt whisky. Jura Origin 10 Year Old 4.05 Jura Origin is aged in ex-bourbon casks for 10 years. Some say it tastes of oak with hints of honey, caramel and soft liquorice. Jura Superstition 4.95 Hints of honey and pine, as the balance of peated and unpeated spirits is matured to perfection in ex-bourbon casks. Scapa Skiren 4.85 Distilled in the Scotch whisky industry s only remaining working Lomond Still and matured in first fill American oak casks. The name comes from the Old Norse word for glittering bright skies. Nose: Honey and fresh cream. Palate: Honey warmth and richness with juicy pear and lemon peel. Finish: Medium length with sweetness and oak. Talisker 10 Year Old 4.45 A rich dried-fruit sweetness with clouds of smoke and strong barley-malt flavours, It s finish is long, warming and peppery with an appetising sweetness. Tobermory 10 Year Old 5.30 Discover Tobermory 10 Year Old Whisky, matured in ex-bourbon casks with a slight peat influence and smooth notes of fruit and spice. ISLAY Ardbeg 10 Year Old Malt 4.95 Ardbeg 10 Year Old is known as one of the peatiest, smokiest and most complex single malt whiskies. Yet it does not flaunt the peat; rather it gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance. Bowmore 12 Year Old 4.95 A lemon and honey bouquet with the distinctive Bowmore smokiness. Warm and delicious on the palate with subtle dark chocolate flavours.

Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old Single Malt 4.35 Bunnahabhain is a very lightly-peated malt that serves as perhaps the mildest introduction to the Islay style. A bold, smoky taste, followed by a hint of seaweed and a surprising sweetness Lagavulin 16 Years Old 6.25 Lagavulin is one of the smokiest and most intense whiskies in the world. Since 1816, Lagavulin Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been made in a picturesque huddle of buildings on Lagavulin Bay looking onto Dunyvaig castle. Revered by connoisseurs and experts, Lagavulin is known as the king of Islay.
