1 ACE RADIO PROMOTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS Name of promotion Stations Involved Promoter Company Representative General Conditions Ring the Christmas Bell Coast FM 3YB ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd ABN: Timor St, Warrnambool, VIC Peter Headen General Manager Coast FM & 3YB For the purpose of these terms and conditions, ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd will be referred to as The Promoter. Entry is open to Victorian residents. Under 18s must have a parent/legal guardian consent to enter. However, employees and relatives of ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. are ineligible to enter. This includes parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees. Participating businesses, including business owners, managers, employees and their relatives are ineligible to enter at their business. This includes the parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees/employers. These terms and conditions will be available from the reception desk at ACE Radio, 95 Timor St, Warrnambool, VIC 3280 and can be downloaded from the websites at or Competition Period Entry Opens: Monday, November 12, 2018 at 9.00am Entry Closes: Friday, December 14, 2018 at 12.00pm Minor Prize Competition Calls Monday, December, 17 to Friday, December 21, 2018 Major Prize Competition Calls Friday, December 21, 2018, between pm 1/6

2 Entry Method Listeners will be encouraged to shop at any of the participating stores (see attached list) during the promotional period stated above. Upon making a purchase at any of the participating stores they will receive an entry form, there is no minimum purchase value. The entry form is to be completed and placed into the entry barrel located at the business. Each person may enter only once per business per day. Multiple registrations will result in the entry being deemed invalid. Inaudible, incomplete, incomprehensible entries (whichever is applicable) will not be eligible and will be disqualified. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the promoter includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promoter. Any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name in entering the promotion will be disqualified from participating in the promotion and/or redeeming a prize. Should an entrant s contact details change during the promotion period, it is the entrant s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter. All entry forms will be collected at the completion of the entry period and taken to 3YB / Coast FM, 95 Timor St, Warrnambool where all entries will be placed in one barrel. Starting Monday, December, 17 to Friday, December 21, 2018, at 9:30 am a staff member of ACE Radio Broadcasters will draw all minor prizes at random and individual prizes will be announced on air from 10 am to 5 pm on COAST FM and 3YBFM. There are 25 minor prizes All entries will then be placed back in the barrel and the draw for seven (7) Major prizes will take place on Friday, December 21, 2018, between pm The winner is not required to be present at the draw in order to win the prize. Conditions of entry The prize will only be given to the winner on the supply of adequate identification to an ACE Radio Representative. The winner must show photo identification in the form of the following in order to pick up the prize: Drivers License Proof of age card Current Passport Defence Force Identification Card The Promoter and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage 2/6

3 whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter s decision is final and the Promoter and their affiliates will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result. Winners must be over the age of 18 or in the case they are under this age they must have a parent or guardian present at the draw who will act as a proxy both the proxy and the minor must show ID at the time of the draw. If they should win, the prize will be automatically awarded to the parent or guardian acting as the proxy. No further correspondence will be entered into. All entrants give ACE Radio permission to also advertise that they have won the major prize or voucher and the details of the prizes that they have won including costs. Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern. Prize Draw: The prize draw will be held on Friday, December 21, 2018, between pm at the 3YB Studios 95 Timor St, Warrnambool, VIC where seven (7) major prize winners will be announced. The winner is not required to be present at the draw in order to win the prize.
