Inspired by Joanna s passion for healthy eating, the café offers a wide variety of Healthy & Wholesome Choices prepared with nourishing ingredients, such as Cha Bei Salad with seasonal

2 organic leaves, green mango, quinoa and toasted almonds drizzled with a coconut dressing and the Toss or Turn Handmade Noodles served with tofu, seasonal mushrooms and vegetables in a morel mushroom broth. For a taste of home and dishes that resemble childhood favorites, the Comfort Choices boast enticing options like the Chicken & Couscous dish, a well-kept secret recipe of slow braised chicken meatballs with tomato concasse. Enjoy the Communal Choices from Cha Bei s menu with friends and sample dishes like The Not So Traditional VAV featuring premium ingredients such as chicken, abalone, scallop, fish maw, vol-au-vent and cream sauce.
