6 November 20, 2017 Dear Parents and Guardians, Attached are raffle tickets for the Elwood PTO Gift Basket Raffle and the Raffle Basket Descriptions. You may copy the form as needed, or you can print them from the school website. Tickets for the raffle cost $1.00 each or 6 (six) for $5.00. Please return all completed entries to school, along with payment, in an envelope marked PTO Gift Basket Raffle no later than Friday, December 1st, 2017 at noon. NO late submissions will be counted toward incentives. Basket descriptions and pictures of the baskets will be on the school website, Baskets will be on display during the PTO Craft Show on Saturday, December 9 th, The drawing will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, December 9 th during the craft show. The winner need not be present. We are pleased to announce sales incentives for top sellers! Top 3 Selling Students in the school receive a $10 Visa Gift Card Every student that sells at least 18 tickets will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $20 Visa Gift Card Thank you for your support and good luck!
