In fact, for more than 160 years now ever since our founder Jean Neuhaus came to Belgium and fell in love with Brussels and its inhabitants we ve believed in caring for people.

We opened our original Neuhaus Boutique in Brussels exquisite Galerie de la Reine in 1857... and the shop continues to thrive there today.

All too often, we settle for superficial contact, hiding behind our electronic devices. But at Neuhaus, we believe in taking the time for real and profound human connection. In fact, for more than 160 years now ever since our founder Jean Neuhaus came to Belgium and fell in love with Brussels and its inhabitants we ve believed in caring for people. First as pharmacists and then as chocolatiers, the Neuhaus family has always kept people s well-being at heart. We opened our original Neuhaus Boutique in Brussels exquisite Galerie de la Reine in and the shop continues to thrive there today. After inventing the Belgian praline and the ballotin box, we added caring for people to the rich Belgian chocolate culture. Today, Neuhaus chocolate is a symphony of taste and texture made with the finest natural ingredients from the best regions of the world composed with the utmost care by our Maîtres Chocolatiers.
