6 STEP ONE From Joy, Office Executive After months of tedious back and forth, we FINALLY found a caterer that we thought would be able to meet our expectations and provide a unique and innovative food experience that captures who we are. We needed a venue, menus, décor and design schemes and entertainment. For our gala, we wanted a theme that complemented our forward-thinking style in an artistic way without overpowering or detracting from our guests mingling and conversations at hand. 7 Step Two YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION During your initial consultation, we ll discuss our background and expertise in more detail and answer any questions you have about our process. 8 STEP TWO From the BG team From the initial call, we could tell this was an important company event that meant a lot to a small but mighty team. We wanted them to feel confident in us and walk them through our process in an easy and straightforward way. We talked about their budgetary needs and expectations, including their essential, must-have details. We went into more depth about our backgrounds and shared with them some recent events we put together that we are particularly proud of. During our meeting, we answered all their questions. In getting to know more about their values and needs, we had a feeling that this was going to be an event to remember. Every dish had its own personality from whimsical to refined. What the chefs can do with a tiny bite of food is nothing short of astounding. Think of it as a culinary fireworks display an explosion of color, texture and flavor. Our reputation is everything to us, and this event was one during which we wanted to communicate who we are as a brand. Almost every single person in attendance gushed with praise about the food they were eating, or rather, experiencing.
