3 General Information Payment Information: You may pay for your auction items with Cash Personal Check made payable to QND Extravaganza (see Express Pay) Credit or Debit Card (see Express Pay) EXPRESS PAY: If you are paying by Personal Check or with a Credit or Debit Card, please register to use Express Pay BEFORE visiting the Checkout. For your convenience and to speed your checkout process, we recommend setting this up as soon as you arrive so your preferred method of payment is available to you. Express Pay users do not have to wait in the checkout line. You will receive a Bid Slip stamped Express Pay which allows you to skip right to Pick-Up for your items. To sign up for Express Pay, present a MasterCard or Visa credit or debit card, or a signed personal check at the Cashier s Table prior to 7:30pm. Your purchase will be charged to your card and your receipt or a copy of your check will be mailed to you for your records. All certificates for gift, goods, and services must be used as stipulated by the individual item or within 12 months. We trust that all of our guests this evening will drink responsibly. We would, however, be happy to help arrange transportation home for anyone who requests it. QND Extravaganza committee strives to be accurate when listing donors and item details, and we apologize for any errors. 5 Auction Rules Silent Auction 1. The Silent Auction begins at 6:00pm when doors open. All items in the Silent Auction have assigned numbers. A bid sheet with a matching number is located near the item. To place a bid, write your bid number and the amount of your bid (in whole dollar amounts) on the bid sheet. 2. Each new bid must be written on the next available line on the bid sheet. Under NO circumstances may the bid sheet be removed from the table. Each new bid should be at least one dollar higher unless otherwise stated on the bid sheet. 3. Signs noting the sections are prominently displayed. The highest bid on the bid sheet when the section closes is the winning bid. You may check at the Cashier s table to see if you have a winning bid. 4. Items may not be displayed in chronological order due to display constraints 5. All Silent Auction items are to remain where displayed until payment has been made. Payment by check made payable to QND Extravaganza is preferred, but MasterCard and Visa credit or debit cards and cash are also accepted. (Please see Express Pay information on page 2 to help speed your checkout process.) Extravaganza volunteers will assist you in obtaining your paid items. Please present your receipt when you pick up your items. Live Auction 1. All bidders must have a bid number. Obtain a bid number at the appropriate table. Use your bid number to bid on all LIVE Auction items. Please remain seated during the LIVE auction. Hold your bid number high in the air to place a bid on a LIVE Auction item, spotters will locate you. 2. The highest LIVE auction bidder will receive their winning item (where possible) and we will announce the winner. Payment may be made anytime at the Cashier s table before you leave unless you have signed up for Express Pay. Payment by check made payable to QND Extravaganza is preferred, but MasterCard and Visa credit or debit cards and cash are also accepted. 3. Values set forth on some items are estimates. There is no warranty by QND for tax purposes regarding general value. 4. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on auction items except where specified. 5. Expiration dates all certificates for goods and services must be used as stipulated by the individual item or within 12 months. 6. An Extravaganza representative will deliver sales slips to successful bidders tables for their signatures. 4

Appetizers and drinks are included in this lovely shopping experience. $1000 gift certificate is included and can be divided in any denomination to share with your guest(s). Mutually agreed upon date. Emerald City Jewelers L03 Chicago Cubs & Talbot Hotel Four Cubs tickets (lower club level box seats on right field side by bullpen), with passes to enjoy the Stadium Club. Mutually agreed upon date in 2016 season. Package includes one-night stay at the Talbott Hotel. Expires Summer Cinda & Mike McClain and Jeff & Theresa Spear L04 Party Bus Progressive Dinner Chauffeured progressive dinner for 5 couples. First stop includes cocktails and appetizers, the second is dinner with wine and more cocktails, and the third is for dessert and after-dinner drinks. Mutually agreed upon date. Susie & Scott Stamerjohn L07 Dinner Party in the Country Dinner party for 8 couples at the beautiful Stokes Lodge nestled in the country near La Grange, Missouri. Live music and transportation provided. Party to be held on a mutually agreed upon date. Must be used before November 1, Bryan & Brooke Stokes L08 Boodalu Painting & Rinella Wine Night Painting Party for 10 couples upstairs at Boodalu Restaurant on a mutually agreed upon date with appetizers and wine included. 8 L09 Dinner is in the Bag Party for 8 in your home. Take a break from meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning-up. Have a party and invite 7 friends. By the end of the evening, you and your guests will each walk away with 8 meals you will preselect from a menu to feed your families of 4-6. Lori will do all the shopping and chopping, and will bring all of the ingredients to your party. You and your guests will work together to assemble the meals into provided bags to create 8 meals you can pop in the Crock-pot, throw in the oven or on the grill for a stress-free meal. Each will be labled and include cooking instructions. Party date and time to be mutually agreed upon. Expires November 1, Lori Brenner L10 March Madness Party Start the Road to the Final Four with a March Madness Bash on the first Saturday night of the NCAA Basketball Tournament. This first-class party for up to 8 couples will feature great food, drinks, live music, and of course plenty of hoops at the home of Joe & Jill Tracy. Grab your friends, your NCAA brackets, and party shoes for this great way to usher in spring Transportation to and from the party is provided. Joe & Jill Tracy and George & Michelle Eversman L11 Tony's Too Party for 40 Tony s Too will cater your private party for up to 40 people. Includes food and drinks catered to your personal tastes. The night will consist of an assortment of gourmet brick oven pizzas and beer for up to 20 people. The party will held on a Saturday night agreed upon by the hosts in January or February Dan & Chris Veihl, Bill & Kim Veihl, Ed & Kim Blaesing, and Mike & Suzanne Kurk L13 Ultimate Golfers Bucket List This package entitles a group of 4 to a 3 night stay at the luxurious DogDen located in Pinehurst, North Carolina. 1 round of golf ($150 per person credit) at a top golf course, a home cooked meal (Southern Dish) by Michael Jordan s personal chef and a Spa Treatment ($110 per person credit) at the Pinehurst Resort and Spa. With this gift you will also have access to play at the RENOWNED Pinehurst #2 which has hosted a number of US Open Championships. There are also more than 25 other courses in the Pinehurst Region. This year, we are teaming up again with another great Quincy tradition, County Market. Up to 20 people will enjoy a full evening at Quincy Steamboat Company. The night will start with a special welcome cocktail and gourmet appetizers, followed by a specially prepared dinner complete with wines paired to complement the meal, followed by a fabulous dessert. Food and drinks are provided by County Market. Meal preparation provided by Sondra Bartley and the Quincy Steamboat Staff. Menu to be decided between buyer and hosts. Mutually agreed upon date. Quincy Steamboat Company and County Market L16 Around the World Wine Tasting Explore your palate with this 8 bottle wine and food-pairing tasting for 12 guests. During this tasting you will learn about classic wine regions from all around the world and the traditional wines made from each region. This tasting adventure will be presented by Wine Specialist and Certified Sommelier Layne Shottenkirk. Tasting to be hosted at the residence of Toni Shottenkirk with date to be determined by the host. Expires November 1, Shottenkirk Automotive L17 Bourbon Pairing Dinner - The Maine Course Bourbon pairing dinner for 6 at The Maine Course. Chef Kevin Minnick will guide guests through each course paired perfectly with expertly selected topnotch bourbon to complement and enhance its flavors.
