12 Perfect AR Audit Every 3 years Government Audit: focused on free reduced claims and meal reimbursement Audit lasted 2-3 days 4 schools were audited: CTMS, Pike MS, Haoield ES, JusMn ES Auditors made the following comments about our schools and staff members: The chef salads being made at Chisholm Trail MS were a works of art and a very popular item Staff (Haoield ES) was preparing food that is visually pleasing and very tasty... (Pike) The good cheer in the kitchen is carried out to the students on the serving line. (JusMn ES) All students are treated as a favorite customer. 12

14 Student ViewPoint 4,564 NISD Secondary Students Completed The 2016 Survey In 2015, BNHS was in the top 3 highest student sa?sfac?on schools in the South Aramark Region Based of 2015 Survey, we Increased Mexican food op?ons (55% of students want more Mexican entrees) Ø Added a daily Mexican entrée at all Middle Schools Ø Added new Mexican breakfast entrees at all grade levels Added Bagels to breakfast menu (57% of students want Bagels at breakfast) Increased Italian food op?ons (59% of students want more Italian entrees) Ø Added additonal Italian entrees to daily menus Ø Many Italian - themed Fuel promotons *In 2014, 74% of NISD students responded they would eat breakfast at school if we had a donut on the menu. Aramark has been working with vendors to find a donut that not only meets guidelines but also satsfies students taste buds. Our whole- grain donut premiered on February s breakfast menu. 14
15 Annual Ace s Jr. Chef CompeMMon Encourage Elementary students to use their imaginamon to develop healthy, creamve recipes. Winning recipe will be featured on April s Elementary School menu. Grand prize winner will receive an Ace cooking kit. All parmcipants will win an Ace s Cookbook, which is a collecmon of this year s submissions. This is the 2 nd year of the compemmon. 15
