Location: Prospect Park West at 15th Street; inside southwest entrance of Prospect Park, Producers set up alongside their vehicles. Clientele description: local residents of Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, and South Slope. Wednesday caters to the morning rush hour crowd,. We are working to change the street cleaning signs, and get earlier access to the storage area. We will continue outreach to the community to further reduce public smoking around the market. Rockefeller Center supplies canopies. While a short season, this market can be a good venue for marketing and increasing name recognition for some products. Must be willing to deal with very strict market logistics, and must commit to the entire span of the market. Grab-and-go items are popular.
