This service will be provided for $ Food and Beverage All Federal, State, and Local Laws with regard to food and beverage purchases and consumption are strictly adhered to. All food and beverage must be purchased through the Hotel. Attendance Guarantee Your final guarantee of attendance is required by 10:00AM, five business days prior to your Event. Otherwise, the expected number will become the guarantee and will be the minimum for which you will be charged. Schedule of Payments $2, due with the signed Sales Agreement. $5, due five months prior to the Event Date. Final Balance due five business days prior to the Event. All payments are non-refundable. Outside Vendors For any outside vendors hired to provide goods or services at the Hotel during the Event, Hotel may, in its sole discretion, require that such vendor provide Hotel, in form and amount satisfactory to Hotel, an indemnification agreement and proof of adequate insurance. Parking Self Parking for your guests attending the Event only is complimentary. Your guests that are staying overnight will be subject to the overnight parking rates. If you would like to host Valet Parking for your Event only guests, there will be an additional charge of $$. Menu Tastings Hotel is pleased to present a complimentary tasting for up to 4 guests for Plated Adult Menus only. Tastings are limited to one per Bar/Bat Mitzvah. Due to business demands, tastings are only scheduled Monday Thursday, 4:00PM 6:00PM. Your Event Manager will contact you approximately 5 months prior to the Bar/Bat Mitzvah to schedule a date that is mutually agreeable to you and the Hotel. You can select up to 3 salads and 3 entrees to sample and share. Vendors and Entertainer Menus $35.00 per person Kosher menus available upon request with 7days notice. Pricing subject to final menu selection. Menu Pricing The pricing listed in this package is applicable for events in 2019/2020. Future year events will be subject to a 3% annual increase.
